I know I tried it during the Flash Sale a couple of times and it didn't work, so I wonder if that's how they 'targeted' the customers that would get it.
Who knows, but I have multiple PayPal accounts that I use from my standard eBay account to double up on when the standard flash sales come through (I suppose a small attempt to try making up for the NUMEROUS, previously lost opportunities). We'll see if it works when I try it, maybe over this weekend.

 

I used that coupon minutes before it stopped working. I think this new coupon is just being sent to anyone that was supposed to be able to use the last one.

 

FYI,

The eBAY coupon did not show up in my account but it still worked for me! I ordered two copies of CW Bombshell from HTS w/ free shipping and paid just $6.63. This was the sort of deal to complete my Insecticon troop building.

So please, definitely try the coupon instead of assuming it will not work for you.

 

Too bad it doesn't work with eBay Bucks. I gave it a try just to check.
