No, I used the sheet magnets you can get at the craft store and cut into shapes...

Neodymium magnets aren't that strong when they're small. You can get them to work, sure, but one small magnet in each peghole probably wont work.

They come in different strengths. I use pretty small ones to hold my licence plate on my car and they hold to well over 100 mph winds. I might give it a shot sometime and see how it goes.

From what I understand, the 90s version was just a lot bulkier (much like most heroes then) but I'd be really happy if they managed to put out a 90s Beast with a swappable George Perez Beast head.

Maybe Gorgon if you redo the arms.

I think he needs much more retooling than that, unless we have different Gorgons in mind.

Thought I would share a quick custom I did, also first ML figure custom... Since I didnt like the version of Toxin the ML line gave us, thought I would make my own... Still working on some tendrils for him... What do you all think???

He is somewhat BAF huge isn't he? To be honest, I never really realized he wore pants. I thought he just had knee pads.

Man, I can't wait for the Inhumans MLs, even though it looks like they'll have to wait for next year.

Gorgon usually isn't portrayed as being that big, but to me, he is of a bigger type, plus he doesn't have the same hairty texture that Jackal body has, nor do they have the same feet (Gorgon usually is portrayed as having horse-like hooves)

I'd like an Inhuman wave with a BAF Lockjaw.

For Gorgon I'd like something more like this:

Huh, that this custom is way better than Hasbro's piece of crap. I mean the only thing he needs are the tendrils you mentioned. Awesome job!!

He's double packed in the case, so there's more OML's to go around.

Heh. Cyclops and Colossus are already sold out. Only need Colossus as I've managed to snag everyone else at retail between Target and Walgreens. I'm dure they'll get more stock though. These waves sell out and are restocked by BBTS multiple times during their distribution window.

I'd like to build Warlock. Going to see if I can get some of the undesirables for cheaper than $20 though.

$155 for a wave isn't bad considering you'd pay that with tax at a store for all of them. I'm going the discount method though.

Not too long ago I scored the first X-men wave for less than $20 a piece... I'm just going to wait for Cyclops to pop up somewhere....

Does Ross/TJMaxx/etc get ML figures regularly? I ended up getting the Civil War Bleeding Edge Ironman for $6 and I really like him. Not sure if he's enough to take the plunge on these figures but he goes kind of well with my War Machine from IM2 (although he's almost a full head taller).
