No mate, not a sausage. I've just messaged him again to say I will be contacting PayPal today and leaving negative feedback. I'm not sure PayPal will be able to do anything at the moment it could be that he doesn't post items until the weekend but the fact it states in the item description he'll reply within 24-48 hours has me worried. I don't know if this alone would be enough to make/escalate a claim.

 

Despite having bought from him multiple times in the past with no issues, it looks like pengqianwen13 has gone to the dark side. Only negative feedback in the last month and his store is empty now. Apologies to all for saying he was reliable a couple of months ago.

 

Sellers haven't been able to leave negative feedback for buyers on eBay for many, many years. You should message him first to see what he says before you leave feedback, though. If he did sell you someone else's return or a KO under false pretenses, that's also worth a negative more than a neutral, imo.

But when I go to pay I get an eBay error saying the seller is unable to receive payments due to an issue with his PayPal account? Never come across this before.
Not sure if it's just eBay or PayPal being buggy or it's a sign the sellers about to go sour. Wondering if he's sold his eBay account to a scammer and they're in the process of changing over the PayPal account or something? Hoping I'm just paranoid but I literally just got a refund from eBay seller yrjja1000-0 who's gone rogue in the last few weeks.

 

Sorry to hear that   Who knows, I might end up in the same boat if April 5th passes by and Paypal still doesn't do anything.

 

Other thing you'll find is that eBay will probably shut his account in the next few days. Nothing but neg feedback all of a sudden means they get stack of complaints. eBay suspends all listings and investigates then shuts account. As soon as account is closed, call 'em and demand refund. Just happened to me and I went from being told to wait till est shipping deadline in late April to full refund in under a week.

 

Seller Xzone85 is legit, I have had two separate transactions with them.

None of the reputable sellers I know of have it on Ebay YET. tf-direct currently has it.
Also, Sara Zheng (or Zhang) has via via Facebook. She is very reputable. Her ebay pages don't have it yet.

Whenever possible file your case directly with Paypal on the phone instead of Ebay. It is much faster. I hope it gets resolved out quickly.

 

So quick update... I got my package from Toy-Sir finally. No problems there.

Funny he's "Mr. Top Rated Scammer" because he STILL has no negative feedback and the ONE negative feedback that he did get around the time someone mentioned he went "scammer" in this thread has now been retracted. Looks like he took a break and didn't rip anyone off. Whoever maintains this thread should really take notice. He's a great seller and there is no need to ruin his name because he took down the items in his own ebay store.

Yeah, Wuhanlipu is NOT a scammer. Not even sure why he was put on scammer list to begin with except maybe because he took all his listing off. Start of a sign of a scammer? Yes, but in and of itself is not. Anyways, his name should be taken off scammer list.

 

@botfan can you move wuhanlipu to the good list. Please include a note saying "seller is legit but suddenly removed all of their listings in March 2017.......similar to smartlulup2010."

 

Someone is fucking with me and I don't know who it is. This just came to my door. It was addressed to my street address and postal code, but my name is not Ken Russell and I live in Canada, not Switzerland. And I didn't order any bullshit knock-off Lego garbage. And here's the kicker... The tracking number RS455557386CN doesn't even show up in Canada Post. No seller has given me this tracking number, that I can tell.

I don't know who sent this, nor what it was meant to be originally.

 

So here is the bullshit item I just got.... Tracking on top. Here's the tracking number I got from aiaiaiyanhong279 in early March: RS455556006CN. Notice any tracking similarities. I do and I call bullshit, now leaving neg feedback and starting PayPal dispute.
