Got my package today! Glad to have another BW Megatron, my old one from my childhood is broken. Also nice to finally have the Fansproject Protector set, my Classics Rodimus has a purpose again!

There's an auction up now. I didn't get any notifications about it, though, so maybe it's not quite ready yet? Says bidding is open, but last time it said that too, but it was just like a "draft" version before the real auction started.

 

I think it's a draft. If you register for it it says that it ends yesterday.

 

Ought to be going live soon then.

Hmmm. I feel like the Big Powered Trio will go far above and beyond what I'm willing to pay, but they're quite impressive to see, same with the Metrotitan.

I'll probably go after the Arms Microns... I'm kinda tempted by the Matrix and the Toothbrush...

it's really interesting watching this whole process roll out. There are a lot of gaps I could fill, but I'm being more choosy about 'em. I think that something like Downbeat might suppress the market for United Jazz, too...

 

There's definitely a few in this round I'm keeping my eye on.

 

I hope this is not an utterly stupid question, but how do we ask about the condition of some of the items in the auctions?

 

I'd start by PMing Max himself and/or his assistant alexa, they both have accounts here. If neither responds in a few days, there's probably a way to contact Max through his website.

Mmm, yeah, looks like Max was last logged on February 4 and alexa January 8. They may not come here anymore.

If it helps at all everything I've gotten has been basically new. Can't get any more minty IMO.

And I've only gotten G1 figs.

That is correct, yeah. Max (or Alexa)seems to be pretty dutiful to include everything in the description. Sometimes boxes aren't pictured, but it will say they're included.

So I would say yes, in my experience, what is shown is what you get.
