OK, so I thought I'd just post some random things that went through my head when I was watching the new trailer / preview. I'm sure most of them have been discussed somewhere, but there are a lot of lengthy threads at the moment.

New Combiners - so we know that we get a new combiner in the form of Infernocus - but could there be another one we don't know about? None of the bots attacking Prime look like any of the combiners that form Infernocus, and could just be standalone knights who protect something... but they COULD also combine to form something else... if we get the Omega Lock.. maybe a form of Omega Supreme? We know that they are treating this as it's own universe, but still borrow from the source material; so we could get things in name only.

    For example:

Unicron - Unicron COULD be the huge planet thing that collides with earth. For all we know, in this universe, Unicron is just another creation. This one however, consumes and recycles cyberformed planets and obtains the transformium they are creating. It doesn't HAVE to be sentient, or even have a robot mode. It could just be something created to obtain transformium.

Cogman - many people (including me) think that cogman is in the preview when Cade is pushed out of the window. However - he's a little small for something that turns into an Aston Martin. Unless he's human made, I don't see how that kind of mass shift will make sense. He's around the same height as a human, maybe a bit taller, but certainly not Bumblebee sized. Maybe he's someone new again? Although cogman makes sense.. I'm just not sure how to account for his size without going... Yano, Coz Transformers.

What is Hound spraying bullets at?? Do we get lots of Drones, or are they firing at those little flying drone things? Maybe it's everything that was on the Knight Ship that Lockdown "collected" and has been set free.

There's a shot where a couple of humans.. possibly Cade and Izzy are running towards a turret. This looks like the turret that we see Megatron approach in the earlier trailer. I wonder if he "saves the day" at this point. Cade and Izzy could be running away from something, and it could be Megatron that steps in to fight (for his own reasons obviously).

The scene with the forcefield - Is that the same building on the left where cade gets pushed out of the window?

I'm convinced Bumblebee gets his voice back in this movie, but thing they may play it slowly. I think Izzy might fix him, but it takes a while to come back. It may 'come back' just in time for the end of the movie and the Bumblebee spin off, so they don't overuse it in this one.

The Last Knight. I'm starting to get this weird idea that Cade is the last knight, and he activates the knights (In the scene where he has the flare) in order to stop prime. They might go down the road of "It takes a knight to activate them" and by his good intentions, is worthy. I'd hate that, but there are always goofy elements in these movies. Having said that, Primes eyes seem blue when he gets smacked in the face, so who knows. another thing that seems odd in that clip, is that Prime doesn't have his face guard up... you can see his 'lips'.

I believe the knights obey Quintessa. Hence, they either infect Prime, either they smack him because he got fix, thus failed the mission

Cogman's actually a headmaster so that would be him while he's detached from his body. thats why he's so small.

That huge planet is clearly Cybertron.

I don't see why people would suggest Unicron.

Sorry to toot my own horn but the Movie-Verse is the Movie-Verse, not and adaptation of G1!

Your point is irrelevant seeing as we know that they are borrowing from lots of versions of transformers. Unicron wasn't just in G1.

I know he wasn't 'just in G1'. I'm not ignorant to that.

But what we have seen in all thee trailers so far is clearly Cybertron.

I still don't think the planet is cybertron...there's too much organic material on it and if you think about it, what ever it is seems too small. I can't comprehend something barely the size of earth's moon being cybertron. My guess is that they're going the quintessa as a planet route like in G1 and the maker is running the show.

I'm actually thinking that the events of dotm may have spawned the events of AOE in a shattered glass type plot, i think Optimus ruining sentinels and his pillars idea of bringing cybertron and earth together, may have ruptured/shattered the space time continuum, and what we see as normal earth is actually a alternative reality/timeline caused by the space bridge collapse, and I think that maybe they're using this OPEN universe or rather 'open universes ' to recreate a whole new dimension and reality, this will allow them to progress the films how they see fit and keep old characters or add new ones as they need.
So in in my opinion this would explain the ending of AOE, the vehicle behind the 'soft reboot ' and why things suddenly took a massive left turn in AOE from what we'd got in the previous films, but we were just expected to roll with it like it's always been that way.

A simple explanation is that a lot of powerful transformers in lore are multiverse singularities and I'm wondering 'was cybertron just that?' If in the movies it's primus , unicron or other then I'd certainly say so....so I'd say that perhaps the destruction/near killing of cybertron at the end of dotm leaves the planet so deeply wounded ....the life forces used to link the planet across the different universes is being used to sustain what is left of cybertron and is being transmitted somehow through space time and is causing different realities and timelines to converge on earth, maybe this was initially started a long time ago and is the ultimate reason why they keep coming to earth.....maybe there's lots of cybertrons been present in our reality over time, and the war keeps destroying cybertron over and over, this also creates a plot similar to 'jet lee film 'the one' and plays on the autobots saying 'till all are one' it could be derived from their knowledge of shattered dimensions. which if you think about it could explain why cybertron appears as a vessel , maybe it's a dead cybertron inter dimensionally merged from another universe that has been found and weaponised by maybe the quints.

Anyway just a outloud thought blast probably wrong but I can see how this works and explains the things seen in the last knight and AOE, coupled with their departure from the previous trilogy and their stated 'soft reboot '

Yeah your probably right, however consider this! It's theory mind but in my mind could explain why it looks how it does and why he's disjointed from the scene entirely.....time/inter dimensional travel.

COULD IT IN FACT BE....CADE? I'm stretching a bit here. But the notion of time travel HASNT ever gone away and even some YouTube breakdown reaction vids are seeing it's possible inclusion in the trailers...even at this late date in the releases.

So I speculate that Cade says to tessa in AOE "one day I'm gonna invent something that matters!".....could this be it!? Could he invent a human sized cybertronian suit of armour?? It also adds credibility to Cade actually being the last knight, and even Optimus acknowledges his nobility after he helps him defeat lockdown.

Now IF TIME TRAVEL is part of the plot perhaps that's Cade having entered some kind of space/time bridge and sees his death? Or has a chance to change something and it's HIM WATCHING HIMSELF FALL....hence the shocked face and him just looking and not actually being part of what's happening.

Also my guess that prime is either controlled AFTER that or they appear to finish the fight prime didn't because the control over him was severed, and that punch is their sign of disapproval at primes weakness in their eyes

I don't think it's likely to happen but I actually wouldn't mind that alternative reality thing. I've been watching the flash tv show recently so that idea is fresh on my brain lol

I completely forgot that cogman was a headmaster, which begs the question.... Where's his 'body'? A Headmaster the size of a human could be the head of something pretty effing big! Maybe the head of a Combiner?

Is there anything that says what headmasters are? Not challenging you just curious cause I have no idea what they are but it sounds like a logical explanation as to why the robot everyone says is cogman is so small even though he's supposed to be an Aston

Yeah I think bee is in full on leader mode, hence why he is not childish with izzy. I reckon he wants izzy to fix his voice to help issue orders effectively, maybe drift still doesn't fully respect his role,

Firstly I think these two images are at the same location, and just saying that if they have gone down the route of space time being ruptured and different and realities and dimensions are merging then there could be a reason why there's nazi stuff on winston churchills not so little town house.

Also that could be a cybertron from another reality that has long been abandoned and re purposed by something or someone....
