Well, got my shipment from Toy Dojo. The Deluxes are winners as usual with this line. Even the new decos on Krok and Quake make them different enough to justify their existence. Kup is super cool too, nice to see Shitpiece finally get a cool modern toy based on his Cybertronian alt mode.

 

I'm still waiting...

 

Go buy all of the Scourges and Blurrs. Then there will a restock.

Having Quake and Krok in hand, they're a lot nicer than I was expecting from new-head repaints. The decos are really great. Dare I say, these feel like something TFCC would do had they still had the license (and if they hadn't done Krok already).

 

I found Quake a few days ago on the 13th at Walgreens in Houston, TX.

 

Its been a slow trickle but I have found Topspin, Quake(which I have no interest in) and Perceptor. Still looking for Kup.

 

Found Krok and Quake at the local Walgreens. I LOVE the color scheme on Krok.

 

Well, guess I need to hit up my local walgreens then. Perceptor and Topspin are my two purchases from this Deluxe wave, and will pay a premium for them just to ensure I get them.

 

I hate slumming around to Walgreens stores looking for TF figs sold at a price premium. It's still early so I'm holding out for Wave 4 at Target or Walmart.

 

Im I'm wondering if Walgreens is actually getting a revision wave. I've seen them restocking with a mix of wave 3 and 4. One store got Krok and Twinferno as their restoc, another got Krok and Triggerhappy...which makes it even harder when you're just looking for 1 more guy (quake in my case).

 

Walgreens distribution centre doesn't send sealed cases to stores, from what I understand.

 

They don't (usually a store will only get 2-4 figures at a time and they come in bins) but to see several stores getting both waves at the same time wouldn't make much sense unless the cases at their distribution center have figures from both waves in the same case to pull from.

 

I would imagine the distribution centers have some odds and ends from older waves sitting around.

 

WTH I havent even seen wave 3? Wave 4 out what? So confused on this TR line Grrr

 

I found Kup last week. Seen all except Top Spin.

 

The places around me are all stocked up on wave 3 and wave 2 revision. I'm still waiting on one Wal-Mart to stock their deluxes...

 

I grabbed a Kup from Walgreens in Chikasha, OK in early February. Walmarts (and other stores I guess, don't spend too much time in TRUs or Targets) around here are slowly getting around to finally getting wave 3 deluxes. But it seems like the trend on deluxes is some locations get one case from a certain wave when it should be out, sell through, and don't get it again for two/three months. That was definitely what happened on deluxe wave 2, I heard about a few people finding them in September 2016, but it was mid-November before I saw them at Walmarts (Walgreens seemed to have a steady supply though). Wave 3 was supposedly found in mid-December but even Walgreens waited til February to start getting them (saw Kup before seeing a wave 3 toy in-store).
