    Things that I used:

    1. a G1 Blaster Transformer.

    2. a Mini Bluetooth Speaker (got one from here: CDR KING)

    3. my hobby grade rotary tool

    How i did it:

    1. I opened and unscrewed my G1 Blaster's light leg part.

    2. I marked and fit the speaker on it.

    3. I cut the marked part and smoothed the hole on the right leg, using my rotary tools.

    4. Fit and positioned the bluetooth speaker on the hole and glued.

If you used the other leg to house a cheap, micro-sd card-reading mp3 player...

Hey Dja- Have you tested this for long? I did something similar (Never posted it) using the exact same speaker except I tore the speaker apart and installed everything inside the leg. I found when it was done it was fairly quiet and I needed to play the volume of the speaker nearly all the way up. After about an hour of listening to it the speaker blew and started sounding really "crackly". I replaced the speaker with one from Radio shack and it works again but i kinda lost interest in it after that. I can post pics if you want- it wasnt easy to mount everythign in the leg with nothing sticking out but the USB jack.

Well Heres a few pics- After I installed the new speaker, I basically never installed it back to Blaster.... so its just a loose leg on my bench. LoL but it still works.

I like yours because its a clean easy way to do it. I have a tendency to overthink what needs to be done and I wind up doing much more work than I need to.

I wouldnt recommend anyone without experience with electronics to do this one. . I had to modify the USB to fit where I wanted it and I had to make a custom switch so I could install it in the location of the blank Earphone hole.. Everything is crammed inside and it works but like i said I was listening to it too loud and blew the speaker so I had to replace it.. Anyhow pics here.[IMG]

i would hide all the electronics in the body, then just wire up the speakers to both legs...
if i find a cheap G1 Blaster will do that :)  who know if will give Titan Combiner Wars Blaster the treatment first
(i'd glady sacrifice the base mode, cuz it's rubbish and not fitting the character at all)

i would love to be able to fully integrate everything within blaster and have it be enclosed but I don't have such skills! I really do like the way that you did your version as it is elegant and seems to be easy to implement!
