I wish I never sold my megazords from In Space, Lost Galaxy, and Lightspeed Rescue. If Legacy versions ever get made I'm buying them and take good care of them. What's taking Tamashii Nations so long to release Toy Story Transitron? I hope there will be some good toys for the new Transformers movie. I'm so bored.

I'm resculpting my Legacy Red's helmat. Luckily it just needs bulking up in the top and back, not really any plastic taken off.

But.... ugh, why was it even different in the first place? Why was a perfectly good Legacy figure line, which is easily the best figures BOA has ever made with PR, so bogged down with shite decisions? No weapons, Red's fucked up helmet, bizzare introduction of ratcheted shoulders to wave two, the silver belt issue... Legacy Green is pretty much perfect because the articulation isn't hindered by pointless ratchets, it's got the correct colours, and the proper weapon. If tehy got that one right, why can't they get the rest right?

I know what you mean. My itch for good combining robots has returned ever since CW ended. I wish I still had the Lightspeed Megazord. One of my favourite Megazord designs.

TLK's toys look really good, but sadly aren't the same as chunky combining Megazord-like designs. Something that's got a satisfying combination scheme where shit folds into shit and then pegs into other shit, etc. The right balance of simple and intricate, like the MMPR, Ninja, Lost Galaxy or Lightspeed Megazords.

I saw those TRU exclusive Legacy movie figures last night and, man, do they look awful. They're all flat colors, and Alpha is just covered in that gray plastic that Hasbro is also fond of.

What's CW? Lightspeed Megazord was one of my favorite Megazord designs too. What's TLK's toys? I love toys that are intricate.

That's hardly a concerning factor for me. If we ever get a SOC Dragonzord i'll probably get it but i'm not gonna deem SOC Megazord an inferior product if it never happens. Hell, until the SOC announcement i've considered the SRC Megazord to be the superior product for years.

BOA's marketing team seems just as bad as Hasbro's. I still don't see why we have yet to have villain figures. Problem with the combined blaster or whatever was in MMPR? Easy, include it with a Puttty. Why is there no Goldar, Lord Zedd and Rita? Hell had they been fully articulated I would've gladly built them instead of some limited articulation Build a Zord that can't even hold a sword unless I get the convention exclusive one.

If I knew the decisions behind Legacy would be like the way they turned out, I would've just ponied up the funds for Figuarts. Weapons? Included. Bam. No weird build a Zord to build.

That's an insult to Hasbro. At least Hasbro's figures don't lack crucial accessories, or spread BAFs over multiple waves, pretty destroying the whole point of collecting a full wave.

Picked up a couple of the 5 inch Ninja Steel monsters. "Ripperrat" and "Ripclaw." Haven't bought any of the 5 inch figures since RPM. They feel much cheaper than those did. The painted detail is probably no different, the plastic is quite soft however. Wonder how the actual Ranger figures compare. I know they're even smaller than the 5 inch figures from before. When Bandai decided to go back to the 5 inch scale I had hoped it would at least be the same as the RPM figures if not the Jungle Fury ones.

I still like them though. If only for the fact that the monsters were even made at all. While they may not be my favorite designs, as a fan of Yokai, I like being able to have representations of the Ninninger Yokai.

the omega megazord/victory mars is one of my all time favourite megazords, chogokin and and a true oldskool style, could almost be a diaclone . I have yet to find any clip breakage on him (fingers crossed) as I know others in that series can have clip issues: lightspeed megazord, supertrain and even maxliner.

yup, the clips on japan kyouryuger are a disaster, you think you are all clear after transforming 20 times then snap! Thankfully clips in subsequent series seem to be holding up, I've read nothing about tokkyuger/ninninger/doubutsu breaking thankfully.

    Well, not anymore.

I will say, though, that this is a pretty interesting situation if nothing else. Like the perfect example of letting a good thing go to waste. If only the Green Ranger was the rule and not the exception.

The ultimate irony of my bitching over BOA's total incompetence is that I'm still totally excited for Zeo Gold and DT White. Again, the figures are really good, and the rangers who actually come with their weapons are really good. But I'm not completing any more teams. (I might, and I mean might, be tempted if they do Time Force but I honestly wonder if they'll get there, and if it'll even be worth it at that point)

I've been looking at the 2017 movie megazord ( not the interactive version) and for a little while I was thinking of buy it but I viewed some reviews on YouTube and now I say 'f*** this s***' and I can use my money for something else.
