That could explain why cybertronion seekers usually had either super short or no wings at all. And why they reverted back to using cyertionan modes when going back to cycbertron.

But like you said, probably thinking about it to much. This could be just to make them appear as recognizable objects.

 

This preview makes me wish others could see and hear Bee, like Starscream can.

I think Lifter (or was it Hefter?  ) from the prior issues is in the crowd, too.

 

Shockingly amateurish. Some people are so starved for content that they'll accept anything, but this art is ridiculous.

That first page of Cybertron made me laugh out loud when I first saw it. This is worse than the worst fan club comic. And the artist can't even draw Optimus' head the same shape from panel to panel. His head changes shape drastically every panel, and he even starts off on page 2 with a chin that he mysteriously loses on page 4. The coloring tries to save things, but there's a limit to what the colorist can do.

I can accept mediocre art if the story is good, but this is beyond the limit. If IDW isn't going to take their comics seriously, I can't, either.

 

Maybe it is Pyra Magna's imagined version of the story Optimus is telling. That would explain the Camien looking bots. And maybe since she has recently been a bit more immersed in Earth culture by her extended stay on the planet is why there are more human-like elements shown in ancient Cybertron like the newspaper.

I'm just as cool with the retcon or artist interpretation explanation, though.

 

That art style is adorable, I love it. Still haven't read any IDW beyond Escalation but I continue to love their writing and art team.

The retcon would make no sense. You would have rework many plot points , not just Arcee's backstory.

 

What if those fembots were.......................................................................an imaginary of Pyra? Well, Camiens had associated with different genders, right (Most are female and Hot shot)? Pyra probably imagine the scenarios according to her?

Or else, the writer/ artist misunderstand/miscoordinated. Let's just try to live with it :/

 

What's great about these previews is that I can get enough of a gist to understand what\'s going on, and then wait for TFWiki to explain the rest. That way, I don't have to suffer the awful artwork and annoying dialogue.

 

Femebots ?! To good to be true. I just love the idea that fembots existed already then. Side by side with mechs. And perhaps some day (hopefully) they reveale the secret why they disappeared from Cybertron (and finally been forgotten).
