Didn't see any Transformers but I just had them crack open a case of X-Men Wave 2 at Mill Plain Target. Bought Cyclops and Old Man Logan for some local friends, left everyone else.
That Sunfire from the Xmen wave is my favorite. He has the spiderman butterfly joints. So many awesome poses

I saw a Krok at the Wallgreens on 122nd and Powell in Portland. Didn't report it as someone had picked it up and I just happened to see him grabbing it.
They're a tad bit more expensive than retail, but Milwaukie TFAW has two full cases of the Marvel Legends Sandman wave at $29.99 a piece. A bit more expensive than retail but still a bit cheaper than eBay for some of them brand new, like Goblin and 2099.
Par for course for Targets in this area. No TF stock from January through mid-March, then a huge stock of the first wave of the year (meaning we won't have problems finding Titans Return wave 4) that will choke the pegs and then that's all they'll order through the rest of the year.
