When \"Shrapnel\" first came back out I hoped to have the three again, this was a gruesome wait but worth it

 

I'd just wait until Takara puts out a set that matches. Hopefully they won't use the moulds with the sticker indentions.

And maybe they will give them their goddamned weapons. Thanks Hasbro. I should've bought the 3P weapons Uncle billy was selling a while ago.

 

He is quite awesome and the best of the trio in my opinion and I'm happy to have a complete set of Insecticons I just wish he wasn't so rare. I was thankful enough to a fellow board member to leaving me a link to a Chinese eBay seller who I was able to get this guy from.

Doesn't show up under searches for generations shrapnel because it's just for Transformers Shrapnel, but it's only about 16 bucks shipped. Mine got here in about a week.

 

That's not a very long wait then, is it. Guess it's worth it to have a trio of Insecticons.

Can't say I wouldn't want Insecticons to go with the FoC one that's kind of a loner now... >_>

The molds are super fun to fiddle with, I just want them to match color-wise, and to get their guns. And yeah, those sticker indentations looked terrible.

 

I`m totally wanting a box set that has chrome bits ect ...  

 

I bought both Kickback and Gnaw at Target yesterday.  Both are awesome, but I\'m kinda bummed that kickback doesn\'t have silver wings.
Also, for those in the area here\'s the Target I mentioned: Target : Expect More. Pay Less.
They had two pegs full of kickbacks and gnaws as well as a lone bumblebee.

 

I actually don't mind the colors. The designs are similar enough that having the colors slightly different provides cohesiveness as a group while making each one it's own thing. And I even like the clear yellow wings.

 

Anyone know if the Takara version will have chromed wings? I'm hoping they make a boxed set of the trio in matching colors, that way I can use the Hasbro versions I have as their clones

 

I found Gnaw at Target a week or so ago, but no Kickback. Hopefully, I'll find him soon. Would love to have the original Insecticons set complete in the CHUG line.

 

Hasbro certainly is trying its dang bestest to lose any kind of afecionado clientele.

This kickback is so ugly (and of a legend scale made to scale with voyager ou contraire of all other previous legends hasbro)
is bigger and bulkier than the other 2 insectiocons

and frankly demonstrates what little love is put in this product.
ANd I mean I know most of you have tried really hard,... but I can't watch RID
and machinima has proved to be a mess...

I've honestly asked myself if hasbro is just trying to get rid of collectors (you know too complicated of a market too much hustle)

but with his and the new bumblebee you'd really need an elephant dose of fanboyism to say this kickback doesn't look like a small purple turd

Maybe some of us actually do like and not because of any rampant fanboyism. Actually, I think MOST people like this guy.

People on these boards need to learn that just because you don't like something doesn't mean it's the scourge of the earth and anybody who enjoys it is a sick enabler trying to ruin transformers forever.

my apologies, i casually found him (and gnaw) today at ASDA, and am surprised to say that in hand I like Kickback a lot. More than Bobmshell anyways.

Just wanted to say: his head is in scale with the other insecticons, phew. I really didn't think so from the official pics. His head seems the same size as Gnaws and Bumblebees which is WAY overscaled for legends.

Concluding, I'm redirecting all my hate towards the new legends bubmlebee mold
