Yeah, hey it's that nerdy guy with the robot voice! No, not me! Perceptor! Or more specifically, his Transformers Animated incarnation who talks like a speech processor and hangs out with Wheeljack doing SCIENCE!

Dude is made from leftover jet-twin bits. Jetstorm's torso and legs plus jetfire's head, with jazz arms. More build details in the video.



Arm articulation is decent because jazz. Leg articulation is bad because jet twin.



Shown here is his TOTALLY character model accurate backpack which is NOT AT ALL kibble.

His character model included a truck mode which we never saw in the show. We do see it very briefly in "Science Station" mode. I tried for a long time to figure out how to make him into a truck but couldn't figure out how to make it work, so I went old school and just made him a microscope.



Here's Wheeljack performing a thorough examination of NOTHING because I forgot to put anything in the tray. Go me!



Pretty happy with his face. Probably because it's pretty huge so I had room to work. Hate the glasses tho. No good way to do them. So I did them poorly. In fact if you look closely at the photos you can actually see he wears TWO pairs of them because the first pair fell off halfway through shooting! Go me again!




I made Wheeljack primarily as an accessory for this guy. I think they look pretty good together.
