I hope 18" to top of head/cannons cause he'll scale decently with MT Utopia.

I keep meaning to do this with my leader-class Sentinel Prime. For some reason they were selling them for like $24 on Amazon once and I bought one (I actually thought it was a mistake and I wouldn't get one). They're like $75 or something now.

Nothing ever wrong with more detailing. It was one of the biggest flaws of the toys in the 80's.

I can tell you for a fact that a kidney goes for a hell of a lot more than $360 USD. ;)

Nope, or the figure would have been called "Tryptiguey" :lol

    Obstructicon fail!! :lolol

You sirs, needs an update on how to squeeeze every grain out of thy mines

This argument became moot the instant you brought up the most inconsistent concept in the TF universe: 'scale' ;)

    Don't .. just don't even go there.

No, John Warden said in an interview that they had to choose between electronics or Full Tilt and they opted to do Full Tilt so kudos to them.

They probably could have but it would have made the price sky rocket.

If they decided to bring back the walking gimmick it would have severely hampered the articulation of the toy. The lights and sounds might have been what screwed over Metro and Fort Max from having stellar bot and alt modes. Because Metro's carrier and City modes definitely suffered.

Trying to make something that big walk would have been very expensive, it's better off without it.

I think they chose the right option.

A large Trypticon with bonus figure and articulation sounds better than full electronics. I'm sure they'll have some sounds effects and lights regardless.

They definitely made the right choice. You can already get a Trypticon if you want to see him walk. This one will be able to truly walk via your manipulation.
