Trailbreaker: "Hey, Optimus! You know what you need to bring with you to the fight today?"
    Optimus Prime: "What's that, Trailbreaker?"
Trailbreaker: "What you need is a forcefield!"
Wheeljack: "Get that stupid forcefield outta here!"
Optimus Prime: "Hahahaha! Alright, turn it off Trailbreaker..."

Still in love with this guy (and Dr. Smoov)! :lol  Anyone has a good idea how to give Terraegis his forcefield?

Looks very good! :thumb  I'd prefer something translucent for my display though. Kinda like the invisibility box for Classics Mirage that came with the TFC Gears of War set...

For what its worth I had BC's Lorry and really disliked him for multiple reasons, one of which is that I don't mind mild mates, so I got Artifex immediately and sold Lorry. I like Artifex much more despite having a Trailbreaker and Hoist that are very similar (Have both by MMC now), Artifex is enough shorter and if you don't collapse the front fenders in in bot mode he does Hoist well enough for me without the BADcube transformation and weird knees...

I love Smoov's stuff too. Wish he'd do some more in the same style.

Ask Rodentus nicely and he might make you one.

I sure do, and it's bloody brilliant! :rock

If I had more space I'd do that. It looks very cool. But my S1 Autobot shelf is already very crowded and I was hoping for an idea for something to just slip over him that could work as a forcefield.... Maybe even just an add on for the hands to simulate the energy beam!

Dr. Smoov's stuff was and still is absolutely brilliant.

One thing I thought about doing, but decided against because I just don't have space for it, is getting a clear hamster ball that's just big enough for him to stand up in, then giving it a really diluted coat of orange to make it look like the forcefield.

I'm sure this was probably discussed already in here. But did anyone else have their copy break right at the pin that connects the foot to the leg.

Get an appropriate sized spherical fishbowl, tint it yellow, maybe add those glowing ring details, and set it upside-down with Terragis inside.

I'm thinking about buying a large hamster ball for mine but I want to actually look at the different sizes available. I've found sizes between 10" and 12 1/2" online but would need to see just how much of that is lost when the door is removed from the ball.

I know some of you guys have painted his face grey/silver - what about simply flat-coating his face? It would still be black mostly, just less reflective. You should be able to discern his face from helmet better that way, see a little more detail, and still retain the black look. Just a thought, I'll probably get around to doing mine that way eventually.

Entirely depended if you got one that fell to bits in your hands. Kinda puts a downer on any opinion.

Mine finally arrived, and it might easily be my favourite figure of 2016 (or maybe tied with FT's Hound). It just scratches all my itches in the right way :D

Bummer though: The left hand has another pinky instead of an index finger :(

It's not too obvious from a distance, but if you pick him up it is really weird.
And since I like to randomly transform by bots (which means, extra parts that have no place to go in one mode have to spend their life stowed away in the box), cannon arm mode is not an option...

Hopefully the good people at Kapow can get me a fix soon.

Anyone had issues getting the rear to tab? Second figure of this I've had and both had the issue where passenger side bumper won't close.

Yep, mine's like that. The whole "doesn't quite tab together fully" thing is quite disappointing with this figure for me.

I got him on impulse, not really impressed.

    1. Ankles are really loose and flop down
    2. The tiny pegs for the windshield / chest in robot mode...One was missing from the box.
    3. The shoulders are a bit of a poor design. The cab on the back tabs in nice at the lower back, but there are no holes on the back of the shoulders for the tabs there to lock in and keep everything secure. It's like they just squish everything together.
    4. Colour difference is pretty apparent to me in the lighting in my house.
    5. One of the chrome rockets / arm cannon literally just stressed and broke when I tried to separate it so it'd fit on the hand. Other one popped apart easily.
    6. The ab crunch tab doesn't feel the best

Overall...The transformation design could have done with some tweaking, maybe like Ironhide and Inferno where it all locks in shoulder wise rather than relying on the lower tab to squish and hold everything.

He doesn't really feel worth the £80. He's OK.

I also picked up Sphinx who is kind of the same, ok but with a couple of niggles, but overall is just OK.

MMC... Tarn was awesome, Carnifex was awesome, Spartan was awesome. Anubis was meh.

Reformat line seems the best from them...Plastic feels better on the whole and they feel like alot of love has gone into them right from design to manufacture.

I doubt I'd buy another ocular max figure, but I'm in for Reformatted...Even if I just can't get into the IDW comics as a thing!

For any interested, here's what this looks like. I think it's a great improvement and looks better than (my shitty) pictures indicate...
