Skullface seemed to really like Deathclaw. There were a few moments in his review where he really had a happy chuckle about him.
I'm pleased about this, for no good reason at all, other than I really like Deathclaw, so I'm happy when I find out others do too.
He did miss out one thing though, in lobster mode, the translucent Green tail pieces have fold out "fan" parts to make the tail bigger/wider and more 'lobster-like'. Not sure if the instructions mentioned this. So many nice little touches on these figures, really makes me smile when I interact with them.

6shotChanger's Deathclaw review showed the fold-out tailfins.

So does the forum have a way for me to not see that guy's face being all gigantic when I look at this thread?

Oh man, we could even talk about Poseidon!

Speaking of, he's great. I've also decided Cyberjaw's one weird hand is that way so you can just fold it in during bot mode and have his tail there so he's got one really long pinchy arm. I've also started giving Mentarazor both his guns in sort of a 'bow mode' cuz it looks neat. There's so many cool little touches to this set.

Sorry, this question has most likely been asked before. How solid is Piranacon as a combiner, from all of the members out right now? Is he pretty much the most stable combiner so far for 3P?

Absolutely. He's super solid (granted, I haven't done the dinobot combiners or the more recent Devys). He's definitely my favorite 3p combiner out so far, and his ginormous feet work great (and yet, are still really unobtrusive to his overall gestalt design)

I think he's not without his quirks (this is TFC we're taking about), but considering how bad Hades was Poseidon is shockingly good so far. I'd like to get at least Deathclaw before I pass judgement, but assuming having four limbs didn't screw him up (you'd be surprised) he might just be my second favorite combiner (I really love Gravity Builder, you guys).

I have four limbs and he still remains good. Lots of people have 4 limbs and have said that. I've heard gravity builder is pretty awesome, but where I'm only gonna get 1 of each g1 combiner in 3p, Devy's already spoken for. I think he also has much better individual modes than previous TFC combiners, and even though each limb follows the same rough formula, there's enough going on that they're varied and cool.

I guess tfc has really raised the bar on how to do a chunky, modern king posieden.
I cant imagine another 3p or hasbro that would give the consumer so much options to display the combiner.
Just a few examples. Comber foot articulation, sword/spear combos.
But still, i want a 3p raiden still.

After over an hour struggle, I finally got the head/neck extension piece on. Scuffed up the edge of the shell a bit, but it's a tiny area. Had the five figures for nearly two weeks now, but combined him today. Really loving the chunky look as well!

Just a heads up and individual results may vary, but the tolerance within the ball joint of my foot is incredibly tight. In fact it was more powerful than the plastic connector. This might be a good thing in that the connector pieces are easily replaceable.

However, any suggestions on lube I could use to loosen up the foot ball joint

A bit of soap-water is a good place to start. Or maybe a tiny amount of petroleum jelly.

Ugh, one of bigbite's swords snapped at the handle. Hope I can get a replacement.

I know that it's a fairly strange thing to want, but is anyone else interested in a color-inverted version of the sword? As in, all the pink parts are silver and the silver parts are pink?

I think it'd be a cool thing to let people choose between an entirely pink sword, an entirely silver sword, or a combo of the two.
