I dunno, it takes to strangest aspect of Pyra Magma, the face on her chest, and makes it even more conspicuous. 

 

I don't know why I'm surprised that this works so well, but I'm impressed that it does.

 

so i just realized that i may have a headcanon autobot horror team.....

hound = supernatural entity that can teleport next to any decepticon, stab him/her, then teleport away before anyone sees him......started as a joke for a comedy skit in the creative discussions

mirage = he fuels himself by draining the energon of decepticons.....i saw a custom mirage with red instead of white in this thread, and it stuck

smokescreen = he vanishs into the mist and strikes......mortal kombat's smoke was this influence.

prowl = a rogue and deceased police officer out to kill those that break any law.......mostly because of the headless ghost policeman that hunted my brother in gta:sa.....

wheelie = he likes to axe people......i gave him two axes......

Holy crap. I remember doing that exsact configuration months ago.

 

Combiner wars has really filled my collection. Time for another shelf.

 

I went to Ikea to look at a Detolf cabinet like other board members have suggested. I wonder if they're worth it? Seems like they collect a lot of dust and the glass gets smudged/dirty easy.

 

Quick question about Skylynx. Keep in mind I got him loose,so it could be a play-issue. The Shuttle Head is super super loose. Unless you arch him back,it will not stay up. Is that a common thing? I don't use him as a combiner torso,but if i did. The shuttle head would hang down like a tail. I don't see any where for it to friction into place to stay up.

 

Bought mine new when it launched early last year. Head has been plenty tight for me. The ratchets however....

 

The shelf is from my grandmothers (she died a few months ago, so I got the shelf there). It has glass at the top, and it hasn't got any dust or smudges on it from being in her basement for however many years.

I don't know if it's a half-common thing, but it's been noted before, so it's not something limited to your own toy. You just happened to draw one of the 'bad' batch is all (kind of like how it went with Brawl where half the peoples' waists were perfectly fine and half were not)

 

Yeah, just bad luck with QC. I've got all 3 versions of the mold and QC-wise, each one has been progressively an improvement over the previous release.
