Ahhh... how the tables have turned, then... Still, it was three years ago. On a more positive note, at least people who missed out on the old figures or who are just joining the fandom have a shot at getting those figures. It's just not for me.

But I don't think all the figures are total failures. OK, Bee sure is.

You think it would be better if Mohawk was a Legend/Legion?

Heh; so I guess Barricade IS coming back. Also I do hope that box is a sign of things to come. It's nice to see deluxes boxed as the package will be more collector friendly for idiots like me.

This is what I'm mostly worried about also, especially since the retailers in my area seem to refuse to restock the shelves.

Everyone who's wondering if Berserker is Crankcase: the box says Decepticon Berserker. This could mean he is A berserker. We've seen bits in the trailer set in the past, who's to say that there were not berserker Decepticons on earth, taking their name from the Vikings mad Warriors, and that Crankcase, who would later be a Dread, wasn't among them?

:jawdropper:  Those decepticons, can't wait, yes, whoa, hot diggadee damn, it's been a long time but them live action movie transformers are back! Robots with dread locks and stuff. I got to sell all my low value misb transformers to get the funds for these upcoming movie figures, but wait, I Have No Low Transformers, we'll maybe just a couple like my misb voyager generations sentinel prime. I forgot what else I was about to say. But I can't wait. For it all.

    The listing is a generic one. TLK-01 through 05 is DX Figure Chara(cter) A C E F G. 06 through 09 is Speed Change Chara A B C D (most likely One-Steps). Weirdly B is an One-Step. Maybe a throwaway character or for a later wave.

05 might be Voyager Optimus, seeing that it is almost twice the price of the Deluxes

I'm not usually too hard on them making repaints & remolds for a line, it's only natural. Especially when making toys all for the same line. It's just inevitable.

But there should be some kind of rule that says the film lines can't have any mold re-use from the past. There are a couple years that separate each film. You have the time to get new molds for characters by then.

Why do TR & RID2015 (who have new toys on shelves every few months) have so many unique character designs & the films just have stuff from previous installments with years in between?

They especially like repainting old moulds for store exclusives, which are more often than not a waste of shelf space. I remember the AOE TRU then and now packs came into stores not much after wave 1 was released here in the U.K, so you had loads of Slugs as well as Evasion Optimus and Voyager Grimlock. By the time wave 2 came in, it was months after the initial waves and there were tonnes of Strafes still left from the exclusive as well as the wave 2 figure. There are still some Strafes in the two TRUs that I go to. Wish they'd concentrate more on making good quality versions of the characters on screen and stop messing about with extra stuff that could quite easily wait.

I like Barricade besides the backpack. Bumblebee looks terrible, and berserker looks mediocre but passable. Is this what the TLK line has to offer? Idk, but this is speculation on our part at this point, we have to wait and see. I'll remain optimistic.

On the bright side, we still have those Movie Masterpieces coming. Hopefully they'll do more of those.
