Yeah, this sounds like it takes place before/ after S2 of RID.

99% sure this will be IDW reprints, starting from 2012 with RID by the sound of the description.

Panini do reprints of Marvel material available in UK (and Europe?) newsagents, this is clearly gonna be the same thing.

This was my thinking. Looks pretty yuppie on Cybertron when Bee, strongarm, and Sideswipe exit

Only thing is Panini do not make the current UK RID comic, so that would lean more towards Movie verse

"Thousands of years of conflict"? Hasn't it been millions of years of conflict, no matter which canon we're talking? That's a big difference in numbers.

If this is pertaining to TLK, it would explain why they said "Bee's movie will have very few Cybertonians". And again IF true, I still stand by my theory from like 6 months ago. That most TFs will leave Earth but Bee and a small unit will stay behind like what happened in the 86 movie with a small group of Autobots and Autobot city.

The TFs have been around for millions of years sure but I think the civil War is only a few thousand years old itself. None of the current TFs even OP and Megs are not millions of years old.

This is UK - Panini gave up on Transformers with Armada. Titan did the stuff listed above saying Panini did it - but if this is Panini Europe, then that is different. Sig do RID

This description does not sound like a movie description. It is almost certainly RID.

I'm going with it being RID. Can't explain the June 2017 thing though. Maybe someone got confused :p
As of this point, it doesn't seem like rebuilding Cybertron's society is a part of the film's plot. Heck, Cybertron itself needs rebuilding as it is!

The more I look at the movie poster, the more it seems to be Cybertron.

It doesn't sound like it's for TLK. If the war has ended with the Bots and Cons, I'm not sure how they'll be able to make 2 more films that are already planned (disregarding the spin-offs).

Looking forward to the RID series then. Would be cool to see the Prime folks in it too.

I agree that this eludes to where RiD is going. There's been a lot of mentions in the show of what has unfolded on Cybertron since its resurrection. It's always seemed like foreshadowing to me.
Starscream, Ratchet, Soundwave and possibly Knockout have all resurfaced, so I would hope to see more.
Merchandising art has raised the question of seeing Menasor in the new season, which has me wondering if they'll mention Breakdown at all (since he's dead and will need replacement).

It`s about time a `` SEASON `` got more than a few clips of CYBERTRON , seems as though every thing takes place on earth any more .... I loved how they used to explore planits ( well knew about countless worlds as though we do about cities on earth . ) as well as other dimentions ...... I`m just strange I guess , I love me some diversity :)

Well in terms of a timeliness, its rather messed up at this stage given the Autobot Vs. Decepticon war has occurred for millions of years in practically all continuities.

Given the set-up and the explanation that they would state 'Thousands' instead of 'Millions' to make it more kid friendly, i'm going to guess Transformers: Robots In Disguise

If knock out does come back hope he's the con/bot version the one that ended jn prime. He cracked me up during the prime series.
