Crazy/super glue is your friend. Sorry bud I think you're shit out of luck with that. Maybe you can get a quake wave part to fit in there. I can sell you my translucent set of hands for quakewave if you want to try that.
Is that part easy to break? I'm toying with getting one of these guys but don't want hassle with bits breaking and having to deal with international replacements.
Ugh. That really puts me off. Everything else about this figure marks it as my preferred option of the main 3 but...that end piece and the somewhat hamfisted way the barrel has to be clipped on just turn me off it.
It's been a while since I TFd him, but I seem to recall if you do it properly it'll be fine. Watch a TF vid and he shows about the particular area you have to be careful with. His actually broke on vid so he explained it. Think it was either optibotimus or peaugh. But I can't recall for sure. It's been almost a year since I watched it.
That end.piece looks a bit clunky and the folding alternative doesn't look as good. Hmm...for 55 quid though...
You can get this for 55gbp then jump on it. The only problem is the chincy laser arm. I handled my friends copy and it's impressive
it's one of my favorite show pieces. I got some pink inserts to go under the translucent chest pieces and changed the LEDs to be yellow for the eye. There was a board member selling the kit when it first came out. Took an already solid figure to the next level.
A seller called Best Grey on Amazon is selling an opaque set, one regular hand and one gun hand, for $15 and free shipping. Best Grey ships from China, so it'll take a little while, but he/she's a good seller. I've bought a couple of KO MP cars, no issues.
I saw that too. I was thinking about getting a set for my Quakewave but I'm not sure I want to take the arms apart again.
