That's happened to a few people's figures. It's a glue issue, or so people said. A drop of good glue should fix that. I had a breakage on mine in the same area but it was a different issue and I had to have the figure replaced, which Toyarena was good enough to do.

 

So it's an actual breakage then, fixable by glue

I tried e-mailing this address asking for head and faces stand-alone and mentioned I would gladly pay for them, but have not received a reply. Has anyone else had any luck getting hold of DX9? Should I repeat my request or do you think they'll keep ignoring my messages?

 

They responded to me and said that they would send me a head. I haven't gotten it yet. They did the same thing with someone else, but all he received were the faces.

 

That job actually makes a world of difference on the faces. Nicely done.

 

If you don't get a reply in 2 days, it can't hurt to try again. It looks folks who finally received their Mightron heads in the mail are only receiving just the faces or the faces with only the front half of the helmet....just happened to a buddy of mine.

I think now would be a great time for Dr. Wu or autotronprime to mass produce the heads and faces many people want for Despotron.
