I was going to use Sunspot as the challenge because I was going to be working at the elections but after a series of events I came home. I deleted the challenge and went with something else since I was going to be home to post a new challenge, Sunspot may or may not be tomorrow's challenge.

Fun (random) fact, Bot Shots Sentinel Prime was the 105th figure ever played in the game, when the game was less than two months old. His player, nelodiavolo, only played four times.

It's done occasionally, usually when somebody realizes the figure they played was just played by somebody else a few days earlier. As long as it hasn't already been countered, it's not usually an issue.

Now I know I've got sentinel prime, but my wife has rearranged the furniture and I think the draws containing my bot shots have been put in my boys room and I have only just got them off to sleep! Not disturbing them :)

    Uhhh...

If Starscream 91 does play Sunspot tomorrow, it will only be the second time Sunspot has ever been played. He was the 2,944th play of the game, tusko's 93rd, and he was countered by one vvvTheONEvvv.

    Fun enough?

    Hmmz...

I'm interesting, my name always pops up... Ask matrixofwumbo, :lol

I'd like to know about the most played figure, the most rare figure, ikkstakk's gf pics, the most expensive figure, the cheapest figure that went uncountered (kit)... Hmm... The most variants of a figure played, ikkstakks favorite play...

Those are interesting "fun" facts, :D

Most played figure is easy: the original Ultra-class Beast Wars Optimus Primal. Nine times it's been played (not every time by Jetbolt, either!).

Never mind what I just said about "rarest," if you happened to see it... thought a bit more and I might be wrong anyway.

Has anything rarer than Diaclone Black Tracks been played? Actually I played the Joustra Diaclone red Tracks and Wheeljack I think, those number 2 and 1 examples ever found boxes of each respectively.

    :p

    All the best

I once played an Armada Optimus Prime Gumball Machine.

    It wasn't countered.

    I still have it.

No one else has it in the entire world.

    Live in fear.

Yup, those might take the crown...

Back when Primal Sabbath was playing, he played a lot of '90s Botcon figures. I don't think the G2 Breakdown was ever played, but the '95 Nightracer might have been. Those were all fairly rare (and expensive, at least in today's market).

And back when brr-icy was playing, he played a lot of Zone figures that... well, I can't guess at their rarity, but they probably cost a bundle. "Rare" and "expensive" often go hand-in-hand, of course.

"Cheapest" could be G1 Decoys that have been played a few times. Could also be subject to geography... how much do those Suntory Boss Coffee PVCs cost to an importer versus somebody on the ground in Japan? Back when bny888 was playing, he would play a lot of Japanese... "ephemera," let's call it, of dubious value.

Unrelated but congrats on making it to 900 pages! Only 100 more to go till this thread hits 1000!

Also, once we hit January, this thread will be 5 years old. Think about that for a second for any of you long-time players...
