I actually go to a college where co-ops are required, but am not a graphic design major. If they ever need an engineering intern, I'd be all up for that!

These are actually pretty commonly posted to college websites! I remember they recently posted a position for an engineering/design co-op with the nerf team, but I've already accepted a position at another company for 2017 so I didn't apply. Crazy to think you could be part of the team that designs the branding or packaging for items in stores all over the world.

 

Thank you kindly, but I'm working with another company next year and I don't want to renege. I'm definitely saving the site for future reference though since I graduate soon.

I had a co-op as a toy designer on the the Nerf team back in 2014. My team was next to the Transformers team, all around awesome people to work with!

 

Dang... and I'm graduating with a BFA next month. :c
Don't think I could justify moving to RI just for an internship. I\'ll see if my GD instructor has some better recommendations for me.
