I have the one from MP-01, as well as the one from MP-13 and both of them have broken stocks. The MP-01 version shattered around the joint because the pin was in too tight and the MP-13 version broke at the clip because the molding on the pistol wasn't very good.

I too have searched for replacements on ebay and they are actually quite hard to come by. Currently there are two auctions including them, the clear red one from MP-13B and one (sans stock) along with several other accessories from MP-01B and at $38 and $50 respectively, both auctions are also rather pricey. Maybe when MP-13 was still fairly new they were more common one ebay but certainly not anymore.

 

Oh, that is definitely coming especially when they release a black MP Tracks.

 

I would like to see the robot drone Shockwave had on cybertron and has anyone tried to see if mp Shockwave fits in his g1 box?

Well at least it's a different version than the other ones. I'm doubtful I will be buying this though. Perhaps the mini Megatron is a foreshadowing of some sort....maybe....hopefully.

Is there any chance or rumor that a different Shockwave may be issued with this die-cast Megaton-gun accessory?

I still wish Takara would make a G1 toy-accurate dark PURPLE MP Shockwave, since I will not buy a lavender-wave. There are not many TF fans like me, who prefer to have more toy-accuracy in the Masterpiece line, but absolute cartoon-accurate slavishness doesn't always make for a better figure. That's why I prefer MakeToys G1-toy inspired Hellfire over Takara's MP Inferno, though his ladder-folding engineering is impressive.

What are the chances of a USA TRU Exclusive toy-accurate MP Shockwave happening anyway? It's a purple alien-robot ray-gun, and isn't anything threatening or realistic to cause alarm or conflict with gun-laws, but I won't hold my breath waiting for a US release. I never thought that the new MP Starscream, MP10, or the MP cars would be released here at all, yet they were, so maybe it's not so far fetched.

Come on HasTak make a perfect G1-toy homage MP Shockwave, and throw in whatever extras you can think of. (I wouldn't mind one of his glass-dome-headed security drones made as a purple-rubber or die-cast mini-fig.)  

 

You could find someone to paint it for you if you look. A fellow member had hers done to look like a toy version and it's awesome.

Meh, still waiting on a painted version. I want to get this mold but I know the finish will bother me especially since it'll be standing next to a gaudy coronation geared MP-11 and one shelf under fully painted MP Autobots.

Good point. We realize these are marketing bonuses, but the die cast figures are pretty lame.

 

And IF TakaTom includes the shoulder stock, someone else would probably complain that the diecast gun is still lame simply because it doesn't "transform into Megatron"?

I'm so glad it looks like that, bc I have no interest in any MP item that's not toon related or colored as such.

So one less person to drive up prices for those that want it!
