Does anyone know offhand what color the original three seeker jet nose colors were in the cartoon? I was trying to image search, but not coming up with much. It looks like Skywarp is black, Starscream is grey?? and TC is also black. Does this sound right? I would have guessed Starscream's was blue for sure!
None of them have a different color nose than the rest of the plane body. So Starscream is grey, Thundercracker is blue, and Skywarp is black:

This is Sunbow G1 we're talking about. Chances are they could be any colour of the rainbow at some point.
Good example of miscoloring! Even back in the day I would notice some color and animation errors and be like "wha?" However, I still love the G1 cartoon for what it was. It was definitely groundbreaking for its day.
