Congrats. I quite enjoy the show as well especially the RID guests. Hope they keep that up. Prime still my favorite though.

He's entitled to his opinion. Though his post really comes across as baiting those of us who like a show.

    Congratulations Rescue Bots!

Although I'm obviously not the target audience :lol  I've watched a couple of episodes. Seems like a fun show for kids. :)

I also love the intro theme AND I wish we could get these bots into other continuities and toylines. A sort of Protectobots B-team? Yes please.

better and more consistently written and thus more enjoyable than the maddening prime cartoon.
has humor and characters who arent paper thin (bulkhead, optimus, bumblebee, megatron in particular were undeveloped) and who are actually engaged with and work with their partners like the tfp cast never did.
rescuebots has earned and deserves its place in transformers.

Haven't watched an episode yet but I'm curious about it. I'd definitely love to see the team in idw and in the generations line as toys.

me too, and so would my boy. He doesnt like the toys, but loves the show . If he had the option to get them in the generations style/line he would be extremely happy

I think it'd be a good idea to add them. Maybe in idw keep them similar to rescue bots in that they aren't really war machines but they're peacekeepers that are out to simply help. I'd love them in the generations for sure as they have cool names, looks and personalities from what little I've seen.

I would absolutely love these characters to show up in future continuities.

I honestly still don't understand why we don't have Deluxes of the main 4 in their original alt modes. Kids who started with this show are old enough to handle them, older fans would enjoy them, why not do it at this point?

I've been a proponent of this series since the beginning, though at first it was because it was a respite from the tripe of Prime, but partway through the first season it really started to grow on me and it continued to do so, building on what's come before with plenty of easter eggs. Though having seen it, I think the 101 episode, "To Infinity..." would be a much better 100th episode.

You're playing the victimized opposition card REALLY heavy-handedly there.

Good thing you're not in charge of deciding what is or is not a Transformers show, then. :p

Congrats to the longest running Transformers show for hitting a milestone no other TF series has.

exactly, kids who started with this show are now old enough , that I am sure they would want more serious/older age fans targeted versions of these characters.

Well, we did have Bounce the Mini-Con. He is basically a Backtrack or Ransack. They are considered Decepticons so Bounce is technically a Decepticon.

Congrats to Rescue Bots on a well earned milestone!

The first episode of series 4 was episode 79. There's nothing missing here.

    YouTube (Legacy):
What Rescue Bots really need (besides actual toys of the characters) are spin-off comics to deal with stories too off or not kid friendly enough, like what happened to Charlie's wife and why all of their children decided to become rescue workers, how Charlie uncovered the truth about Cybertronians in the first place and what happened to all other rescue bots that everyone thinks they're extinct.

I also hope to see season 5 and beyond. The show deserves it and it still can do lots of things with the characters, especially High Tide and Quickshadow.

Always a joy to watch to me. It\'s not the usual Autobots VS Decepticons that\'s made up much of the films and other TV series, but the characters are good and things progress within the scope. Rescue Bots seldom gets huge anticipation here that I\'ve seen when new episodes air, but I look forward to them just as much as I would a new Prime or RiD airing. Proud of the cast and crew for their accomplishments.

i get the desire to see them be bought into other transformers worlds like lugnut, lockdown and bulkhead were but im not so sure.
the first thing is the practical consideration of the existing g1 blades (cw defensor) and chase in idw g1 continuity.
the other which i think is more important is that the show is centered around them as a small group.
even with the expanded cast like blurr, salvage, quickshadow and such the episodes are still focussed on the core 4.
id be concerned about losing that and them in the large idw cast.
i do agree they should do gen figures of them but just as generations rb thing like gen bw rhinox, gen bm tankor etc.
rb is as much transformers as bw and g1 and prime and they deserve it.
id buy them and i dont have any kids or rb age nephews or nieces.
id get them for me just cos its such a great cartoon.

if you havent watched the show forget about everything youve been told about it being for little kids.
theres much more going on in the show than just juvenile preschool hijinks.
