  This set was a right bugger to track down! I don't think it was released in the UK, I managed by chance to get it from a small shop in the republic of Ireland when I went on holiday there.

 

Thing is, I have a picture of that in my collection, and I know I gave away the solid colour version...but I am hesitant to post my picture because I cannot be 100% sure I kept the translucent one. Better err on the side of caution, and not risk a dishonest play.

@Maz , do know if your one came in the Decepticon sneak attack set, or from a blind bag that iirc was only sold in Tesco?

 

It was/is(?) actually an item that a mate threw in with a bunch of other cack, so I've no idea, unfortunately.

Ah, no worries, all I know is that the Decepticon sneak attack set robot heros were as rare as hen's teeth in the blind bag series, I was tearing my hair out trying to find Skywarp to go with Thundercracker and Starscream 

 

saw the set for $10 that time. No joke.

 

Are they, like, sought after in the UK? Because Walmart had to clearance them to get rid of them in the US...

 

I remember TK Maxx getting some of the ROTF sets as cheap imports, but not the G1 sets.
Anyway, due to being absolutely shattered after my daughter was finally born at 1am today and having tons of real life stuff to do, the new challenge is Titans Returns Chromedome, seen here holding his G1 self's guns

He looks like a Zombie, or something that's just drunken the oil/blood of other robots...

 

I have that wheeljack, if it's not countered in 3 hours, it will be when I go home for lunch.

 

I'm curious to see if yours is as horrific as Sponge's...!
