@ Vanessa, see, you're doing it wrong. When I was second in the points I didn't ask for any likes or anything, but presumably my high position seemed like a subconcious cry for likes and more points! So nobody liked me. Now I have checked this morning and I have slipped to 6th. 6th! That's like, I dunno. The Lib Dems after coalition. I used to be Deupty Prime Minister and now LBC won't even have me on in the mornings.

Nah, I don't really care. I was top dog for a bit, it's slipped and now everything is downhill from here. It's like I'm 30 all over again.  

Some other things you may not have noticed, as you do bigger posts (hence this one) the reply box actually resizes to accomodate it, so no more working in a tiny window that you need to scroll through within the page to try to edit the earlier part of the post. Also, it's much more like a word processor, not HTML based as it was before. It is HTML based, so if you copy and paste a bunch of text with HTML tag brackets they still work, but the front end is a lot more polished and thus easier to use.

Anyway, a few of us did testing on the Beta of the site a few months ago and tried to break it (successfully a lot of the time) which is why what you're getting now is (essentially) a bug free build. All I know is because I tested the site with my usual posting patterns I'm finding using it right now a doddle. Hah.

I digress. Just testing that long post feature.

Oh and Pubers! I opened TR Blaster yesterday! Considering he's practically the same as TR Soundwave he's an entirely different figure! Ahhh yeah. It's weird because the mould isn't immediately angled at any of the two. (ie one character isn't a priority like Octane/Optimus Prime...lol) It's like Hasbro specifically designed this figure to accomodate the two guys simutaneously. And I'm cool with that. So yeah, thanks again you giuse!

Interesting new layout, had to have a clear out of my PM inbox as well, but no biggie. My shortcut that brought me to the newest post in the thread is broken now  , though there is now a button for that at the top of the page so that's not too bad.

Also noted that as I was typing this a pop-up at the bottom of the page saying that new messages have been posted since I loaded the page, nifty.

Nice 3 days off now after my mid year review. My gaffer is supporting my career aspirations, basically told him in 18 months I want to be in his job and he's supporting that (really not sure who I am and what I did with myself the past year, but I'll take it), so I'm pretty happy this morning aside from having to stay up for her frigging phone to arrive.

Well this is all shiny and new this morning. Quite like the look of it so far.

Looks like the upgrade killed the quality of avatars so time for a new one, still keeping the Shockwave theme going though.

 

I'm sure a ton of work went into the new site build so a big thanks to everyone who put in the hours. I've actually been thinking that I should probably pay up as a supporter, considering the amount I use the service.

I guess the only gripe is the reduced inbox size, but all things considered I reckon I MIGHT just survive...

 

Can't wait for my one to turn up! I decided soon as it does I'll be having a family picture with all of the transformers I got so far! Can't wait!

Not a fan of that new Megatron. Something doesn't sit well with me from that pic, maybe it's the pose throwing me off as right now he looks like a kid having a right strop, but that's cool. It's one shot of a WIP. More photos may sway me as MP-10 definitely needs a sparring partner. DX9 are my front runners right now. And weirdly, I'm all over Bold Forms take.

 

No mate. He comes up to the big lad's tits, but still manages to feel like he could take him in a scrap.. fights like a right bastard this one though. A Generations sized KO of this was mooted I think, but seems to have been shelved.
