I saw this remold as soon as I saw the toy in hand. The G1 version of Horri-bull anyway has the leg-scale/plate things on his legs in bot mode, and his flame-throwers can easily replace the croc-tail.

Takara would be silly not to remold this.

Glad im not the only one who sees a potential for Horri-Bull out of that mold.
Looks 20x better than i imagined!
Im very curious, as to what elements are you going to use for Squeezeplay

I wonder if Weird Wolf could be used to make Fangry? You could even attach maybe Mindwipe's faux wings to the back and then simply fan mode him into a bipedal wolf? Obviously a bit of epoxy, modelling clay/green stuff could be used (or even a BW Wolfgang head) to make it more organic looking, but if hardly anything needs to be done, it might convince TT to recolour and/or remold it alongside this hopeful Skull-Cruncher remold...

Yyup, that is legit impressive and only increases my thirst for the small headmasters. Well done. Only criticism I might have is the mould lines on the horns but that does add toy authenticity.

Now why can't Hasbro do this ?

At this point the toyline would be better off by having the design of the figures done by the fandom instead of by Hasbro's official toy designers....

Except the base of this figure was created by hasbros official designers and without them this custom wouldn't exist

Wow. Nice work! I haven't seen any of the Titan Master packs in the wild yet, but the customization options are very exciting.
