I haven't read this whole thread yet but I'll say, Generations Tankor. He's so tiny. Really?

Seriously, Tankor should have been a voyager AT LEAST. He was huge in the show, so a leader would have been acceptable.
Tiny deluxe? Interesting design, but poorly executed. Heck, the BM Scout looked better.

RB is a mixed bag for me, but not overly disappointing. I dislike the shoulders and feet, and the lack of articulated wrists and hindered thigh movement were kind of bad, but it does have some pretty good shelf presence.

TF Prime Knockout. I can just remember my 11 year old self being so disappointed by this figure.

Star Wars Transformers Melenium Falcon Han Solo and Chewbacca.

Way, way too much unnecessary partsforming for one figure, and the parts don't even attach that securely. I have no idea how many parts I even lost.

Transformation is really hard due to how stiff everything is, but it's also my only victim of GPS. I was so sad as a kid to see Chewbacca's arms break off when I didn't even handle him too roughly.

FoC Bruticus - opened it, handled it and then immediately put it back in the box. Luckily, mine had an issue so that I could send it back to Amazon for a refund. Looked decent in pics but just massive letdown when you touched it.

MP Ultra Magnus - Legs suck, proportions suck, ultra toon deco. Blech.

In recent times: TR Fortress Maximus. Great job in reusing parts of Metroplex, but too many unusable features and not enough weaponry. The lack of hip cannons was bad enough, but no arm cannons? But I still get a different colored red flap that opens to reveal nothing? The legs still open for nothing? The shoulder swings open for ...nothing? No rolling access to the higher platforms without buying Leader figures. The connections for other bases feel forced. The feet tabs are weak. Emissary can't pilot the spaceship from a cockpit. That stupid, useless, little helipad.

The only was the TR surpasses the G1 is in articulation and better HMs. It made me wish I could afford to G1. And, I'm not a G1 purist.

I suppose its an easy answer, and everyone knows, but mine so far has been Generations Blitzwing. I love Blitzwing as a character, but come on Hasbro, that thing sucks!

I'm hoping TR does a better job, like they seemed to have done with Astrotrain over the old deluxe.

That generations roadbuster. Wtf man, the arm ratchets are stronger than the plastic that makes up the chest. I feel like im going to tear the plastic just by moving the arms. Its like they hired engineers just to figure out how thin they could possibly make the plastic

Where would I cut off once the list started...........

BW Wolfang, Polar Claw, Armordillo, Retrax, Manterror

Armada most things except Bendy Prime. Blurr and Sideswipe are particularly awful and special hatred of HotShot and how crippled he is.

Classics Astrotrain and Hot Rod - I wanted to lve them but still can't.

Generations Deluxe Galvy (oh fer fucks sake!) and Blitzwing, Roadbuster, Shite Shark as Voyager let downs.

I've gone with a better set of criteria in the last year that if I think something is likely to disappoint I just don't preorder anymore. So far that's spared me Victorion, CW Sunstreaker and Tango Prime and I'm pretty happy to have dodged those bullets.

Mechtech DotM Optimus and Bumblebee. Optimus wouldn't even transform properly for me (I think it may have been defective, or I may have just not been doing it right) and Bumblebee's joints got pretty loose after a while. I ended up trading both of them at a convention.

Rid Cerberus has my highest vote. The idea of his alt mode is the only redeeming quality. The colors and execution are lacking.

    Pretty much everything until nowadays.
Seriously, RotF Demolisher? First Movie Barricade? DotM Thundercracker? What was I thinking?

Nowadays I'd say CW Motormaster, but I mostly got him for a complete Stunti-squad.

In terms of breakage the red DOTM Voyager Ironhide. Weak mold already I feel but the foot broke off as well.
In terms of the figure itself FOC Jazz which was just such a lame figure. Legends Blackarachnia's also a dissapointment in hand.

Prime Airachnid - Was super jealous of my nephew who bought Soundwave when I got her. Eventually got him but yeah she now sits in the shadows of my shelf and out of sight.

1st Edition Bumblebee & Arcee NYCC Edition - Terrible molds that were improved when PRID hit the scene. Bee's arms don't even lock in. Has put me off 1st Edition since.

Really hard for me to find others I regret purchasing. People hate on FOC Bruticus, Jazz, & Generations Tankor, Sky Byte, & Roadbuster but I kind of like those figures.

energon wing saber....at the time i wanted him just to combine with the optimus and i was really into tfs impulse buying pretty much whoever i didn't have. the combined mode worked great and all but the figure himself is a G1 brick that is an embarrassment to the tf standards even at that time.

energon ultra magnus is just as shitty because of that reason as well. i only have it still because it's an ultra magnus.

Classics Mirage, tall, lanky, no cannon, not really a fun transformation, head too small...etc..
Universe Deluxe Galvatron (complete shit figure), Smokescreen (horrible deco), Ironhide & Ratchet (just not really that great of a design IMO, even custom paint in G1 style couldn't help them)
Animated Voyager Blitzwing, so floppy his ass was reboxed and returned same day.

But Galvatron was the one i was so pissed over buying, even to this day.
