Bingo. I usually grab a preorder for stuff on BBTS just in case, even if I'm hoping to get it from somewhere else. And their shipping really isn't that bad.

This, plus I live one state over so shipping times are incredibly fast.

    Also, still waiting on Computron.

Normally I've always had great service with BBTS, once something was in stock in my POL I could hit ship and it'd ship in two days or less. But for whatever reason I'm not having a great experience right now.

I pre-ordered and paid Titan Masters Wave 2 Legends about a month ago, kept it in my POL. The TR Deluxes Wave 2 come out, I pay those off, click "ship my loot". This was last thursday. Its now tues, yesterday says its entered warehouse, today no change, and with as late at is it I doubt its gonna ship today. So now I'm 2 days short from it being a week since I clicked ship my loot and it still hasn't shipped yet.

Customer service for me too. If something's broke or wrong with my order, it's like adding insurance. I've had stuff sit for a long time only once, and I e-mailed them. They just had just gotten backed up. Happens.

Also, I'm bummed Legends Scourge and Blurr haven't dropped yet. Totally thought they would have by now.

Takara TR Scourge hit my POL today, sadly Blurr hasn't yet.

As far as why I choose them:
    1. Easy POL and preorder system. I tend to bounce in and out of preorders, and their site makes it easy.
    2. Competitive prices
    3. Customer service (though the only one I don't go to because of this is TF Source)
    4. Shipping time has never been bad for me. Always expect a few extra days if you are shipping at the end of the month as almost everything (not just Transformers) tends to hit in the last week of the month. I can wait for my toys.

    I hear you.

Should have waited a day or two.

Picked up Laserbeak and Ravage from Amazon or eBay.

I like TCP as well, but holy cow are they inconsistent with shipping times. One "in stock" item took only three days to reach me, but the next "in stock" item sent the very next day took TWO WEEKS.

    Yeah... YMMV.

It depends on the shipping method used and what day your order shipped. If you pay and have it shipped before 3 Pacific, it'll go out the same day. If you used Priority, it'll come in 2 days. If you used Ground, it'll take upwards of about 5 days. If you used FedEx SmartPost or whatever else they offer, it can indeed take 2 weeks, sometimes more.

That's no fault of TCP, that's the fault of FedEx. It took EIGHT days to receive a package from California through SmartPost, would've been 9 if I hadn't demanded it from the local post office (who just so happened to be sitting on it until the next morning, which was bullshit).

Now, imagine that time frame coupled with BBTS's Paid/Warehouse/Shipped time frame and there's no contest. TCP wins.

For all the people who are getting their UW Computron from BBTS when was yours purchased? I placed my order March 31. and still have nothing dropping yet? I am usually pretty patient with my orders but I am starting to wonder about this one.

About 5 minutes after the preorder went live. I bought 2. Both dropped in to my POL on the 1st day BBTS got them though

Definitely preordered within 2 days of the listing going up. Can't be sure specifically, as the date disappeared when he moved into my pile.

I ordered mine March 29th, which I believe was the day after preorders went up. And it still hasn't dropped in my POL. Which is odd, because I ordered the day after preorders opened on UW Defensor, Bruticus, and Grand Galvatron, and I got all of those when I should have.... so what's the difference here? Was there just a higher demand for Computron or what?
