Has anyone had luck getting in touch with GCreations for support? I had the clear neck part on Wrath break. The tab that connects it to the dino torso part snapped clean off with little effort on my part (more like no effort, but whatever, it's broken off). I also had one post on the outer leg flap break off with the other one below it showing massive stress marks. I was hoping to inquire with them about getting replacement parts. Can't ask a vendor because I bought them second hand.

If you have a vendor that you used often that sold the Gcreation set AND is out of Wrath you could probably just tell them you missed out at their site and wanted to see if they could help you out as a loyal customer.

You could also just buy another and return the broken one.

In the end if Gcreation doesn't answer your calls then they will through a vendor or second hand ebay vendor etc...

Same issue, I just took it apart and when I put the pieces back together it worked fine. Go figure.

jbz, try emailing [email protected] -- I had a piece break on my SRK-04 Blade after my overly curious cat sent combined Shuraking flying off my shelf, crashing to the floor.

They advised me when I emailed that I should try via a vendor first but if my vendor wasn't helpful they'd be willing to assist. In the end my vendor came through but in your case it would definitely be worth an email to them to explain your situation of second hand purchase and see if they'll help.
