Brock/Randy was awful. Think I'm officially sick of Lesnar at this point.

    Disappointed Sasha lost. Seriously disappointed.

Blegh. LU can't start up again fast enough.

September Baby!!! I was at my cousins wedding today and I think I got two friends to start watching.. so many misconceptions out there about the show.. I still to this day have no idea where people come up with this "It's part reality show" nonsense. It has backstage segments that actually tell story and.. you know.. build feuds.. But it's no "reality show"

But really, as for this PPV I'm so thankful I didn't watch.. WWE needs to just shut the doors at this point. They have to stop embarrassing themselves.

Bailey lost to Asuka yesterday, so pretty sure she's done at NXT. Since Sasha is out, Charlotte needs another opponent......

Anyway, gotta question having the last two matches finishing because one guy got beat up to much. Kinda weird booking.

And funny story, My wife thought Rollins was supposed to fight Kane, so she was like who's this guy?

I'm going to cherry pick my thoughts on Summerslam.

The womans title match was disappointing but understandable.

The Styles/Cena match was really good. Cena pulled his own weight against AJ.

Nikki Bella was totally anti climatic. After her entrance I totally predicted Carmella to take the fall.

The Universal Championship was good. I'm glad that the WWE is having the balls to push new talent. It should have been the final match.

The last two matches was a total buzz kill on a high that was riding off the Universal Championship.

Cena vs Styles was match of the night by a big margin, quality work from both guys and all the better for that clean AJ win. Almost completely burnt the crowd out for the rest of the show as well.

Enjoyed Charlotte vs Sasha, but WTF are they doing letting Sasha work that match if she already needed a month off for rehab? I was cringing when she landed on her neck and then carried on despite looking spaced out.

Rollins and Balor was good, but was expecting better chemistry. Agree that it should have gone on last.

Ladies tag was better then I was expecting. LOL at the Eva Marie troll and Naomi's new LSD gimmick. The disappointment of having Nikki back was at least alleviated somewhat by the fact she was wearing her tiny house show shorts.

Heel Roman, fucking finally. As much as I like Rusev, not surprised if he has been busted.

Brock and Orton could have been fun, but meh at bullshitting it off just to reiterate that Lesnar is a wrecking machine. Bollocks way to end the second biggest wrestling show of the year. Did like the big GOT JUICE sign that somebody in the crowd waved behind him during his entrance though.

Rest of the show was just there, nothing to say about it really.

no reason why finn v rollins wasn't last. really poor choice of booking to leave off on the stupid orton v lesnar match, which followed the disappointing roman v rusev.

man I was really salty with that ending then I finished watching NXT takeover with the amazing nakamura v joe match and was happy again.

man nakamura's intro was the thing of legends. so epic to watch, never even seen a match from this guy yet.

Forgot to mention, its a sad fucking state of affairs when Ziggler and Miz dressed up as The Colonel and a chicken for a KFC advert was more entertaining the the last two matches on your actual show.

Also, did anyone notice if there was a match going on during the Maryse segment?

I think it's pretty safe to say now that Vince McMahon is Brock Lesnar's "bitch" as they so like to say every so often. Lesnar ends the streak.. for no reason, utterly destroys two long time veterans of the company in Cena and Orton and to accomplish what? Is there ever going to be anyone else on the roster that is going to benefit from this? Is there anyone left with one modicum of chance to seriously be allowed to beat Lesnar in a clean and convincing manner? With Ryback gone I don't even see anyone left on the roster except maybe Reigns and Rusev that even have the physical stature to make the match not look like a bloody farce. Bray should have beat Taker for the streak if it was going to be anyone.. They could have had a "made man" then.. Well at least "made" till they sabotaged him, which would have eventually happened, if not on purpose then through sheer incompetence.

WWE always sacrificing any chance of long term character building or story telling for short term gains.. I have never seen a business get away with that to the degree WWE does, it's worthy of a study.

I started watching from New Day vs the Club. Then went and watched the beginning matches after Summerslam was done. So my main event of the night was Cena vs Styles. Much better booking!
