Yeah, I think it would have been better to just put a minimum requirement of 60 on all the gear and leave it at that. Do the scut levels in normal heirlooms and then BAM, one reward for 60 is the ability to use all your mog items.

Also, the wardrobe is dire need of a 'Show All' mode - it is aggravating that I cannot view all my transmogrification items on any character: just the ones they can use.

 

It does show all when your not using the Xmog NPCs, when your just looking thru your normal Xmog Window. The ones you have first, then the ones you dont greyed out a bit.

 

No it doesn't; if I'm on my Priest for example, I can only see transmog items that class can use. I can't just go flicking through everything on a whim.

 

love the QOL changes they've made so far, got so much tmog stuff i've been playing about with it since it was launched.
Switched up my main for the first time, gone from Monk to Druid. Love the new guardian spec flow and Restoration is always strong.

Been doing Lorewalker on my monk and took over on druid last night, holy shit- mouse over macro for moonfire is a godsend, NEVER do loremaster on a melee character guys, the speed I was going last night is unbelievable, plus the instant flight form cast. only problem is Legion has been added to the achive now so I'll have to wait for that.

 

im debating if i want to transmog any gear right now. Once Legion drops, we'll be replacing those gears.


With the Legion first event going on. It was funny seeing toons drop to their death to get the 15min debuff removed for the FOS lol.

 

20 minute debug from what I understand, and considering they give out duplicates, it was more worth it to die then spend possibly hours or days to get them. Heck, took me ove 2 hours even with killing myself.

 

Took me ~4hrs. That's doing the wait game. Had 5 duplicates. Not bad as i was watching tv, cleaning, surfing the web anyways, just had my timer on lol.

 

4 hours?! Jesus. Go the panda area in stormwind and just res at the grave yard. 10 min res sickness is worth it to get it done in 20 minutes.
I even started making groups for people to join to mass res them all. Least you got it done though anyways.

 

So i started leveling my Enhancement Shaman again. He been 85 for a while now, couldnt get into it during WoD. Currently level 93. Hopefully ill hit 100 before the invasion starts. That and get my leatherworking to max...got halfway to go.

 

if you can afford it, just get a few stacks of Leather from the AH and power level using the standard leatherwokring patterns from WoD, did the same with tailoring. Don't think it's too big of an issue though, heard the professions in Legion can be done from level 1, think you just gain more the higher your level but it shouldn't be too big of a deal.

 

The invasion has begun. Was able to do the Broken Isles senario and two invasion senario with my 2x 100s. Need to get my Shaman to 100 so i can start doing it with him too (and get some better gear).

maaaaan this pre patch is really great. Annoyed at myself for using my boost on another alliance, found out earlier theres a vendor during the prep quest before broken shore on the horde side who sells unobtainable toys from 5.0.3 or something, started leveling an orc death knight but I just can't be arsed going all the way to 100 for it  

Did the demon hunter start zone before, really fun. Not sure I'm into the class as it seems too simple/flashy for my personal tastes but it's always nice to have an extra 100 for farming mounts (also I checked, Horde DH's can't do the quest before broken shore for the toys ;-; )

There's a phased area before you go off to fight the legion at the broken shore, you spar with someone, eat a last meal, polish your gear, and something else. During this part of the quest a vendor is avalible in a tent in Orgrimmar who sells 4 toys.
There's also a troll called fo'rum Post who sells a rare transmog item I think?

Alliance side there's a vendor who sells 3 trash items and a renamed unobtainable shirt called Lucky Shirt. Bit faction biased giving the horde 4 bloody toys but what are ya gonna do.

The only toy you NEED to get is the one from doomsayers. Use your demon hunter special sight thing and talk to a Doomsayer- you MIGHT get the option to say "there's something not right about you", to which they turn into a dread Lord and have a chance at dropping the toy. This will go away when legion launches, the broken shore quest won't.

 

  ive already ran the btoken shore senario on my two 100s. Guess i need to get my 93 to 98 (heard the min is 98) so i can do it with him. Thanks for the info.

 

for the Doomsayer toy...i dont have no DH (cause i went the pyhical copy route) or a Hunter. Hopefully the exilir isnt going for too much on the AH.

 

man. the elixir on my realm is ~500G+.

Been doing the invasions with my lower level toons too for the big XP gains. My lvl 20 was gaining a level each stage. My lvl 55 was gaining maybe a level each invasion.

Looks like i'll be boosting my Monk when he hits 60. He hasnt started up his professions so that insta-700 gonna be nice.

Got my Tauren Pally to 40 just to get the upgraded mount.
Got my Boomkin to 60 so I can boost him when Legion comes.
Got my Monk to 60 in case I want to boost him instead.
Got my Warlock to 60 since he was originally my second toon and been sitting at 50 for the longest.
Got my Bank toon to 20 so I can get her a mount so she doesn't have to run everywhere lol.
Working on my Ally toon, currently at 30, trying to make it to 70 so I can eventually make a Ally Demon Hunter (my highest Ally is a 58 Death Knight).

and not only each chest has gear, it's sell price is the same as a 100 one, so that's nice.
