not sure how I'm overstating fixes that are pasted on the front page of each thread but we'll just agree to disagree, again neither TW nor GT Devy's are worth the money to me as they're both ugly big, I wouldn't even condsider wasting my money on either, I do have both MT Yellow and TFC Herc and both are fantastic in their own way and MT is my default combiner size and what I prefer so I def won't be buying either of the other devy's they're too big and too gaudy IMHO, Hades and TW(i'll call him Puzzler just bcuz they don't name their self created combiners) would be my only vehicle combiner exception to height, so at the end of the day Hades > TW/GT Devy IMHO regardless of the issues, I'm sure you'll have some reason to say I'm crazy and that's true but I'm a believer in buy what you like and F*** the rest

Just got Guyhawk and Jallguar in the mail. Man, I love how these guys look together, both in vehicle and robot mode. This is what a straight of GANG of transformers looks like, just a bunch of roughnecks crossing the galaxy, doing whatever they want. They're so colorful and full of character. I haven't even combined them yet.

Is there anyway to contact TFC for a tiny sprue cover replacement? I bought my Leozack used and unfortunately one of the sprue covers is missing on the canopy. Or does anybody here have an extra sprue they're willing to sell?

Completed Hades this morning with Aiakos and by God he looks glorious. It's a shame about his wobbly limbs but it's not a deal breaker. He poses just fine. It's not like he's falling apart at the seams. I mean hinestky, since when did pick up a bit and shake it to test leg wobble become a normal QC test? He stands just great for me :)

Do the replacement pieces Aiakos came with actually do much to help with the leg connectors? Mine have been fine so far, should I bother replacing them with the new ones?

Bobby Skullface mentioned in his review that the pegs are identical (cannot comment yet as I don't have mine) and did nothing to fix his and it could be argued it made it worse. I did grab a couple of o-rings from work to try out and see and it did nothing to improve the knee joint connection slop. It's just a bad design and an o-ring isn't going to cure it.

I saw a bit of that review where he described it as a train wreck which to be fair to TFC is a bit harsh lol

Bobby Skullface is a little bit too negative for me... How much of what he said is really truth? I have seen his review and Hades has his issues but i don't think he is that bad...

Hades upper limbs have ratchet elbows? In the review it seems that is not the case.

The thing about Skullface is that you kind of have to get to know him. Yes, he's negative, but if I'm going to drop $80-$150 for a 3P toy I wanna know what's wrong with it. A lot of reviews, especially ones who don't get review samples, tend to review what they but and buy what they like, so they gloss over negatives. And, to answer your question, I think everything Skullface says about Hades is true. The real question isn't really one of truth, it's one of personal preferences. It's not whether Hades has issues, is how much do those issues bother you?

One point he makes, one I agree with but has been shouted down by people who take criticism of the this they like far too personally, is the question of price and quality. The retail prices for Hades are are both in line with previous TFC releases, but they're also in line with other newer combiners from other companies. The problem is that those releases then to be of higher quality, so the retail price for Hades doesn't seem like a good deal (he's fortunately 20-25% less from reputable sellers on eBay). Bottom line, TFC either needs to be cheaper, or they need to be better. Judging by the first Poseidon release, they're going for better, which is fine.

Honestly the leg thing doesn't bother me he stands fine and honestly im never gonna hold him and flop him like that in skullfaces video lol. It's the Minos arm that bothers me he is more loose but Guyhawk fits snug and doesn't flop around. Minos his nosecone tends to move easily as well.

After having finally been able to mess with him this evening i can say this. Dont expect to be able to pose him very dynamically. His hips are designed with the ratchet points far apart enough for a good stance but the "wobble" between the combiner joints combined with his own weight forces his stance to widen to the point where he risks falling over. Doesnt bother me as he was always going to just stand all like "Yes, I AM Liokaiser! thanks for noticing!" Food for thought if any of you are considering him

I don't get all the leg wobble complaints. Mine stands solidly and doesn't fall over or even try to. He is pretty poseable and ANY combiner you shake around is going to have some wobble at the joint. Unless you live in an area that is a continuous earthquake i can't see the issue. It seems like some people want there to be issues just so they have something to nitpick.

i do like mine but then again i did not pay $100+shipping a figure either

but they really need to move away form the energon ports now that the figures are larger and can no longer really swap between the other figures now

I'm pretty sure all of the TFC combiner limbs are still interchangeable, aren't they?
