Yeah, that's why I never dork with codes during SDCC slam.

Now that it's actually here, I can't make myself pull the trigger. Guess I'll have to find a Walgreens...

My 1st order actually didn't go through, though it showed up in my credit card charge (later credited back) - I confirmed the non-order with customer service. Luckily, my 2nd attempt worked. Though this year has some slowness and errors it was pretty smooth compared to previous sdcc hts campaigns, some of the past botcon/collector club registration/club store ordering or mattycollector.com madness.

Tried using Paypal for Ben and the Raft didn't go through. Had to put my debit card in for the first time, shocked that I was still able to snag Ben despite all that. Happy I got what wanted without much hassle as previous years.

No free shipping or coupons on exclusives, pretty much ever.

Not initially, but I'm somewhat confident it won't sell out for a while and they'll let promos be used with it then. I got a second Combiner Hunter set last year for a discount and free shipping just by getting it a couple weeks after

Hasbro really needs to increase their production run on their Star Wars stuff. Now admittedly, I was getting it for someone else, so it's not that major of a deal for me. I got my Collector set, that along with Fort Max is all I really wanted. I just saw that the Soundwave figure was going to be on HTS today, so it's not a major deal for me either.

This weekend was tax free holiday in Texas, that coupled with the fact that I bought some computer stuff last week, put me a few bucks too short to complete my order, but honestly, as slow as the site was, Obi-Wan was already sold out. And then in the time it took to re-navigate back to the cart to take him out and try to go back through the check out process, Soundwave was already gone. Which isn't that a big a deal for me, but still, this has got to be the worst year for me in about 4-5 years. Usually I just zip in, add to cart, and checkout. I mean, I couldn't even log in this year, this new HTS site really does suck!!! I had this issued earlier this year just trying to buy regular stuff. Gone are the days where it saved your credit card info...at least its not for me.

That's incredibly rude. Just because you don't like it, you have to add insult to injury? Really?

Stay classy dude. Remember, not everyone shares your opinion, k?

Same here. I went to the page and just looked at the trio. I like Brainstorm, Windblade also looks good, but Sentinel just doesn't sell the set for me. Which is a shame. If the set was maybe $55-60 I would have bit. $75 for a voyager, deluxe, and a deluxe-ish? Nah, pass.

Mine was stored...however, to get the CC info saved in the system, you had to have placed a previous order with HTS.

It would be much better if you could just enter it into your account info manually, but as it stands, it seems the only way to have it stored was to have placed a previous order.

I actually want all the figures in that 3 pack. I mean, Windblade's okay. I think it would've been better if it was another head master. That Sentinel Prime looks like it's burning/powered up. I'm hoping a 3rd party company will beef him up the way he looked before uh, Megatron killed him.

I think the issue isn't with how hot transformers are but rather how "meh" the exclusives are. Fort Max isn't substantially better than the standard version and may be inferior to some from the similarly priced Takara version. The Titan force is just slightly different from their regular versions. If the iPad soundwave was G1 inspired and only offered here then it would have sold at least as fast as the magic card set and probably as fast as Kylo and obi-wan.

Welp, got the two in which I was interested, the G.I. Joe set and the Titans 3-pack. Passing on Fort Max... gonna go for the Takara release and standard domestic retails versions instead.

Missed the Magic set for my nephew, but whatever. If it restocks later, great, if not, not a big deal.

    Good luck to everyone!

Welp, if you stack credit card cash back with Ebates 1.5% cash back, and use the 10% off coupon from the newsletter sign up, you can get Fort Max for just about the original 180 asking price, which is what I just did. Decent.

I'll keep this one in the box for now, and if I can get a retail one cheaper down the road, I'll sell this one off like SDCC Metroplex.

Can confirm this - I spoke to a CS rep last week who also said this is the only way with the new site to save CC info

Not too worried about the email. My 2 orders are on their site under order history.
