    >> Most expensive invest in toy is "MOLD" and assembly cost.
In case of price down K.O. cheap but stupid , it is yes.
But in case of Over scale / Down scale it is all need to revise all of Terrance.
As someone involve in Mold making it is don't easy as you think.
To keep QC it is not only mold making , but also injection condition, there is a lot of QC work and record.
That why Hasbro want to remold so much. because it is very high profit.

    >> Then 3rd party board should be remove?
They are no licenses. eventually IP thief.

    >> Yes, you can't stop KO product. as long as original product have flaw and bad QC , and KO try to corrective all of original problem , better QC , revised design and eventually became better product. no one can stop it.

For my opinion , only way official can outdone a K.O. is making product that can satisfied their customer.
Now a day. looking at Combiner war product line. they are all a remold product!!! some mold are remold 6-7 times!
I like titan return though. but all of that hollowness and lack of articulation.... I buy some like Hardhead but many are not interesting me.
They event remold Blitzwing into Megatron and Octane into Optimus... this is stupid , I'll not buy those.
And look at MP line..... Laser wave is very disappointed.
Inferno is my last hope in MP line, hope it turnout well, with his cost there should be all red are paint.

You should know why people buy K.O.
Not because it is cheaper, but look at MPP10 or M01, it is better product. look at all of those K.O. oversize , like MP08X they revise scale to be right and make official one to look like a cheap KO instead.
And why people buy 3rd party?
Because fill a gap of product Has/Tak will not produce? at first is yes.
But now a day , people lost faith in Has/Tak and eventually 3rd party have more better product than official.

For summary , as long as official have inferior product and K.O. and 3rd party are making them better , you can't stop them.
I love Takara I would say, but they need to step up their quality and design.
    Bring back Hasui!!!!!

Copyright infringement, patent infringement and trademark infringement are illegal but do not involve ships or pirates. No raping or pillaging is taking place.

If you don't want to see discussion about it, don't click on the thread. Why do you care about what other people do.

    Limit access to information??
I have strong opinions on that. I'll just say that more info is better, because informed decisions are better decisions. I sure am glad I knew how to spot a KO when I went to buy a MP Sideswipe.

And really the KO business is different now. KO makers will sometimes offer significant improvements to their products over the original version. That's a fan and a toy-lover at work. Again, having that kind of information allowed me an informed choice about buying a MP Tracks.

    Why ban information?

I don't see how it is hurting hasbro or takara. They will continue to make toys and collectors and kids will continue to buy them.

What does KO really hurt? Your resale value. Bottom line, official MP anything doesn't sale on the after markets like evil bay because there are cheaper alternatives. MMC Feral Rex, why buy MMC when there is a much cheaper/bigger version. Why pay full price for the MT Green Giant when the KO is less than half the MT version. I get it. So there is no resale or appreciation value to Feral Rex that I buy. So what. I didn't buy that because I want it to be like my FP City Commander upgrade that at one point was selling on the after market for over $250. The way I see it, OP selfish views on KO is for the devalue of his own personal collection. Fakes, come on. Some of these fakes are way better than original. MP Tracks for example, and the overprice Takara seekers. Them MP Seekers KO or official, to me, they are $60 figures.

Well, that's not up to you to decide. And for that I am thankful.

IP infringement is a form.of Piracy. Just saying. ^_^

You can't talk to grown men about their big man toys and expect reasonable, logical conversation, completely void of emotion, and without some form of personal attack or insinuation that you're just looking to ruffle feathers and troll- because that's exactly what you're doing. Your platitudes regarding the immorality of KOs has no audience- and this is not a new troll. If you're going to troll at least try to be fresh.

Though your staunch viewpoint on what is illegal and should be shut down glows like an unyeilding moral shield- it does beg me to ask the following. Have you ever downloaded a movie, streamed tv episode, or watched a Youtube upload of copyright material? Had a friend make you a mixed CD? Filled an MP3 player or cell phone with songs you didn't go out and purchase? Downloaded porn? You have. You knooooooooooooooooooooooooooow you have... you probably have some files queued up right now.

If we could reach into your little hard drive/view your internet browsing history right now- you would be KOed in your seat!
Ha ha ha ha ha ha haaa!

    Welcome to TFW2005!

If you can't come to a message board and respect that other people don't share your viewpoint (as you berate them with your false moral snobbery) just stop posting.

It's dangerous ground, telling grown men (and women, of course) what toys they can't have.

You're going to hurt yourself when you fall off that soap box since it's perched on the flimsiest of foundations.

I have no issue with the whole 3rd party TF market I've bought a few myself as well as some G1 KO's of Wheeljack & Sunstreaker. I've found that I typically don't keep the 3rd party stuff in my collection long I usually end up selling it.

I don't think TFW should ban or lock all this stuff regardless of stealing of the IP it is what it is.

LOL, except your point isn't really apples to apples because that would all be stuff he would use and not sell for profit.

If he was copying a movie or music and made a terrible 2nd hand name and selling it as his property to make a profit I'd agree with that.

Like copying some Ice Cube music and labeling it Cold Square tunes or movie like Forrest Gump into what .....Woods Bump? You know something like that.

Why is everyone validating this person. Clearly they are only trying to incite arguments.

True but is stealing a piece of candy from the dollar store the same as stealing thousands from a bank? Both should be the same amount of years in prison going by that logic correct?
