What kind of dps does Blaster's cassesettes do? His listed DPS is rather low, but the specials screen just says each new level is a set level for the mini guys

 

Anyone notice that they are getting shields but haven't been attacked? Normally a bad thing but we do want to see the defences we spent so much to maintain actually in action lol

I noticed that happening before the update notification. I'm no longer getting shields thou. But since the update notification I haven't been attacked. Which is odd, because I normal get attacked rather consistently. So I haven't updated yet and keep hitting later just in case its some sort of glitch I can continue to take advantage of.

 

Hmm. I need to level up my Windblade. I think I don't use her as much because I've never gotten to use Divebomb on my main account.

 

That's just someone attacking you then retreating before anything happens. Probably your defense was too tough for him and he wanted to save the cooldown or you had nothing worth stealing.

You think the Earth Wars modelers realized that they modeled Swoop (Strafe) after a 3rd party toy?

 

But once the Alliance gets the last reward, 2X XP goes away too. Lame. I assume Swoop will still be available from regular crystals?

 

I find myself logging in twice a day to collect my crystal and build a couple things. But I'm not battling much due to the enormous character cooldowns. I don't think I could ever spend all 50 fuel in a sitting now.

 

Well, that's an interesting adjustment of the rewards.

On the one hand, it will be easy for our alliance to get all the way through the event to the final reward. Last event, we hit 40,000 on day 2 with no problem.

But the bad news is that now the character crystals are divided by star levels. The way character crystals were before, you took your chance... maybe you got nothing, maybe you got a 2-star, maybe a 3-star, and one guy on our team got a 4-star. But now you can only get a 2-star or nothing. That sucks. At this point, no new 2-star is going to make any of my 3 squads. So that reward is kind of useless, even if I do get the character.

The only way to get a 3 or 4-star Swoop is to rank in the top 80 players. And the top 80 players are going to be the guys who already have the highest-star, highest-level characters. My alliance is not in the top 100, so it's a safe bet there will be literally thousands of players with better teams than me.

Oh well, I still have a lot of characters I need to level up from the last event, so the 2x XP is welcome.

 

So maybe im misunderstanding. its the whole team that gets the swoop if your team is in the top 5 on the leaderboard amongst other teams. Im looking atht email right now. the in team event is only getting you the 40000 points to the 2 star crystal. This event is harder of course because of the top 5 of everyone.

 

The top 5 alliances with the most battle points will get 4* swoop/strafe

Top 6-80 will get 3*

No, that is incorrect. The leaderboard rewards are for individual players. It's TFL style. Which is very sad news indeed.

The description clearly says that the points you contribute towards your team for the team rewards will also go towards your individual total. That's where the leaderboard comes in. Not the team leaderboard. The team leaderboard is calculated completely differently.

 

Well in the event someone here is looking for an alliance and has a level 8 above base. My alliance has a sister alliance" Autobots rising" who may need more players. They are dedicated but short on members

 

That kind of sucks. It's now going to come down to who will pay the most for fuel cells and cybercoins (to reduce the cool down time).

 

Are you sure? I read it as a player leader board not a alliance leader board.
