They look so good together. Is it me or does Thrust and Dirge look ALOT better than Ramjet. In that trio pic the white makes him look uber chunky.

 

The grey really works when you see it on Dirge. Heck i'd happily have a Grey nose Dirge/Thurst and a Black nose Ramjet. Gonna need to tinker with Thrust as i don't like the mix of black and grey.

 

There's some weird jointing going on to keep the front canards at hip level while sliding the main wings up in bot mode.

 

It's the slimming kneecaps

They look best as a team then they do individually. Thrust and dirge especially. Sheer awesomeness!!!

 

I noticed that in an earlier pick. Hopefully it's mistransformed. As is, it's an eyesore and makes him look clunky.

 

Nope. Same WAY too much grey "ugliest possible interpretation of his coloring" as MP Thrust got. Will wait for 3P or US release with better colors.

 

Dirge's deco is the most accurate as far as the shade of gray goes, but his lower torso bits should be gray if they're going for cartoon accuracy.

 

Dirge has a fantastic face sculpt. He looks awesome.

 

Have to agree I love Dirge's face sculpt,best one out of all three of the coneheads imo.

 

It's great that each Conehead gets unique faces and shades of gray. Yes!

I kinda wish the grey was on all of them but at the same time I actually much prefer the black. Either way though it's Dirge and he's long overdue. I do love the sticker like knees both here and in the show.

 

I was going to pass on the coneheads due to the price and not being a huge fan of the characters. However, I had Dirge as a kid and this latest reveal has completely flipped me.

Ramjet and Thrust ordered. Can't wait.

 

I think it's the slide mechanism on the legs that the wings attach to. For thrust and dirge it's the same color as the wings. For ramjet it's white which gives him that parachute pants look.

I thought that looked terrible . . , thanks for pointing that out. I wish they were thinner but its cool they have they are accurate in style.

Nope, I agree, I think its the color used on the face sculpt. These big faces seem to do better with regular shades of grey vs metallic charcoal like Ramjet had.

 

I'm eager to have this figure in hand to see how leg articulation is affected due to these joints. This is going to piss off a lot of people no doubt
