Now it does make sense why Hasbro did not do a transformers panel at SDCC because most likely they were saving things for cybertron-con

 

How can you say it looks like a hollow mess when all we've seen is a blurry picture of it half-transformed? And while yes, I doubt people who have Hexatron will "abandon" it for this, people who don't have Hexatron, either because they can't afford it, don't buy 3P, or just don't like it, are far more likely to go with this. I was willing to just wait for this until I managed to snag a Hexatron for cheap.

 

I abandoned my Hexatron the moment I knew it was coming from Hasbro.

 

Yeah from the looks I'll be sticking with Hexatron Continuum for sure

 

Sixhot please don't be a disappointment. Please be a BIG, BAD, SIX-CHANGER!

Even if one of his modes is sacrificed for a "base-mode", he should still have a total of SIX, or what is the point of him having a compromised existence? That would be such a shame and it'd be pretty pointless. I would accept the silly gimmick of a non-HeadMaster character being shoe-horned as a HeadMaster if only he was a well-articulated, G1-homage. I want him to be a worthy (non-3P) successor of my first and favorite six-changing Transformer.

From what little has been shown of him so far, the size is right, the features seem to be all there, and the articulation looks decent, so my hopes are up. Larger, clearer images, are needed ASASP!

 

So Hasbro's version will cause people to spend $140 to get the knock off version.
I don't understand the logic.

 

By my reckoning Hasbro didn't bring the following to SDCC which together should make up the December Titans Return releases:

2 Titanmasters, one of which was revealed on the back of Megatron's box (Fangry) (8 per box, both cases 2 sets of 4 so far)

Between 0 and 2 Legends (CW cases had between 1 and 4 new Legends per box of 8. TR cases have been 3 new Legends per case and we've seen 2, Bumblebee and Gnaw)

4 deluxe, one of which was revealed on the back of Megatron's box (Triggerhappy) and we've seen colour sheets for the other three

Sixshot,triplechange G2 Laser Optimus Prime(100% later Octane remold),Deluxe HotRod,TitanMaster Fangry,TitanMaster Ptero(Swoop),legend kickback.
Sixshot is much like G1,but the robot mode shorter than G1 toy
G2 OP the tank truck mode is great but the jet mode abit weird.

 

I wish Hasbro Sixshot had white legs like G1, but not sure it is worth an extra $40 bucks for Takara.

 

Seriously?! That would be awesome. Future Octane remold would be fabulous, but I need Kickback yesterday.

Sounds interesting. And looking at the pictures of the display on your Weibo page, it looks like the Platinum Edition Unicron coming out is a straight reissue of the 2010 Amazon Unicron.

 

I was going to do that anyway.

That sixshot looks like a (fairly hefty) retool of the Sentinel Prime / Astrotrain mold.

 

Except it isn't... Because it's Leader class...
