I think it'll be a one leader wave. All of them have been so far save the first CW, with both Megatrons and that was a disaster as one sold and the other didn't, and the "sixth" which mixed Starscream and Skywarp from previous waves.

The other option is a carry over from Wave 1, probably Optimus. But, with the exception of the above, the remixed Stunticon case with Dragstrip for Air Raid, and some Legends, Hasbro haven't done too many Generations cases that carry stock over from the previous waves recently.

 

Trypticon's art looks good! The big question is will he be able to stand relatively eye to eye with Metroplex? If so then I will definitely pick him up, and probably grab that 3P Trypticon and reuse it as another character or something. I'm so excited!

 

Funny that there is no Starscream in the RID case. Was hoping to see more of that toy. Hopefully we get a look at a couple more Decepticons.

Just so we're clear on the Trypticon poster, william-james88 on Seibertron (he's a news staff member) made note that it's just the artwork from the Transformers Legends game.

 

I HOPE the trypicon poster is just a placeholder for a full reveal. Didn't we first see Devy and Fort Max at SDCC? Wouldn't it make sense to unveil that titan now? No real surprises yet. Heck, I already reviewed the Planet of Junk Clash set and the Prime/Megs set. Both have strengths, like excellent paint. Prime's clear plastic is harsh to my eyes though. Even discussed the Heroes set by reference of the retail generations molds. Honestly though, my big shock is possibly an optical illusion. Am I seeing correctly? Is Lightspeed's legs actually red afterall? If so, that tremendously helps the clearly weakest technobot rendition. I still think the right mold was used for him though.

 

I'm just sitting here still deciding whether to buy the SDCC Fort Max or the regular release... It's just a sword... Sigh...
