But it would really be nice to have some comments of the con, here and there with your pics.

Especially considering how little coverage of conventions there actually is on TFW.

 

Hey guys! Never been, but definitely thinking of going this weekend.

I've been trying to get a sense of what kinds of dealers will be there, but can't really find much online. Will there be any kinds of deals to be had on MISB Masterepiece figures?

 

Newer released MP figures can be had for a little under retail. No longer in circulation MP figures you can expect the markup

 

Cool, thanks man. The main impetus for me going would be to shop for MP's in person and hopefully save some money by avoiding shipping fees.

 

This is my first time going to Canada and my first time to TF Con Toronto(obviously).

Sorry if this is a dumb question, but do the vendors accept US currency?

 

Depends on the vendor. It's good to have a mix of cash just in case. But bring Canadian cash for your must buys. American vendors will take either, but Canadian vendors will only do Canadian.

 

Canadian vendors will probably take American but don't expect them to know the exchange rate. They might just go 1:1 which is in their favor.

 

Is there a way to meet up with other forum members? I'd love to meet some of yous.

Any of you TFCon veterans have recos for first timers this weekend?

Are there optimum times to hit the dealer room? Do you recommend getting early admission? Does stuff tend to get pretty picked over over the the course of the weekend?

Any other events that are must-dos?

Just drove through the parking lot at the Hilton and saw Caprured Prey and The Chosen prime trailors!! So pumped, my first convention since i started collecting masterpiece and g1

 

Voice actor panel is always fun and Flint Dille is a treat to listen to for old war stories

 

Do we have a list of any room sales yet?

 

Is anyone going to TFCon this weekend able to pick up the A3U exclusive MMC Sphinx for a UK homie?
