Well that doesn't sound too good.
Care to expand on that? Gameplay looks pretty solid, just like every other BF title.

If they want a system that can do 4K..Then they can't use a cheap ass GPU, you also need a decent CPU. Also need the ram.

It's Defiently not as solid looking as COD IW or MW then again no BF has been as solid.

Its 6 Teraflops worth of AMD GPU that's coming out at the back end of next year, its most definitely going to be cheap compared to what high end PC cards will be doing at that point. Cheap x86 processors are also AMD's forte, it'll all be on chips that are designed to be as cheap to manufacture as possible and MS will be buying them by the million for dat bulk discount.

Well that's a load of crap but oh well.

But yeah I'm really not seeing the Scorpio launching cheaply. 4K kit isn't exactly cheap right now, and if it was $399 then it will probably be a huge disappointment.

I was just talking with a friend about this. Sony's expert handling of its conference might have just saved Infinite Warfare from total failure. If they brought Activision out on stage beforehand to announce they were showing the Call of Duty demo and what bonuses the PS4 version will have at launch, they would have most certainly been booed. However, they let the game speak for itself, and I think most people thought it looked pretty solid before they figured out it was Call of Duty. Then, it was a good idea to show off the MW Remaster immediately afterward since that looks really good even though it's still BS that you can't get that separately. I never thought Infinite Warfare looked terrible, I just wasn't excited for it before they showed that gameplay. Call of Duty usually has fun singleplayer campaigns at least. I'm still more interested in Battlefield 1, but I think they redeemed themselves in the eyes of quite a few people.

i got to let this out...

it was in either Microsoft or Sony conference, i failed to pay attention to what was going on in E3, multitasking. i saw a trailer of soldiers fighting enemy forces. and then they jump into a futuristic jet and they fly into space. i was like: "wow, this game looks good. i wonder which game is this?"

and then the gameplay ends and the title appeared...

    Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare

i could not comprehend of what just happened... i gave an approval to game that i didn't know was CoD: IW.

it honestly doesn't look as bad as what people have been saying.

    i pre-ordered the legacy and i preordered Battlefield 1.

Call of Duty's campaigns are usually the good stuff. Multiplayer, not so much. That's Battlefield's strength.

say what you will about Rich, thats not the point.

in this video, Phil Spencer is quoted to say that if you do not have a 4k tv, then there is no reason for gamers to get Scorpio. go with a Xbox One S.

from what i can understand, it means that if you play the Scorpio on a non 4K TV, you will not get the best resolution/graphics/details.

i'm getting the Xbox One S. and i have a 1080p tv with an Xbox One, PS4, and Wii U connected to it.

Makes sense. You'll be paying more than you should for just 1080p and 60fps if you don't have a 4K TV/Monitor. Waste of money really. If you're not interested in 4K but want games playing smoother, go for PC. It's an even better option now since all the Xbox exclusives are coming to it.

That said, 4K is basically all that's being produced right now and is dropping in price constantly. It would be worth the investment sometime next year, and all of your non 4K systems will work just the same.

or he's just saying that knowing people will skip the S in favour of the release of Scorpio.
It might have a higher price tag when it comes out, but if you think you'll eventually upgrade your TV to 4K then I don't see why you wouldn't invest.
