These things will be everywhere after the initial hype dies down, this constantly happens each time a new Transformers line is launched. They'll eventually start trickling into Fred Meyer, Target, Wal-Mart, K-Mart and everywhere else, then folks will be upset that they can't find Wave 2 and 3 of the new stuff because of all the first wave stuff on the shelves I look at figure collecting as a marathon and not a sprint to the finish, so I'm fine waiting for stuff. I only want Hardhead and I'll just get him when I see him eventually.
Im a hippocrite..... I got one of each Titans Return deluxe at Clackamas TRU. The 1 Skullsmasher, 1 Blurr, 2 Hardhead left as of post
As someone who just picked up Hardhead today, I can assure you that he IS pretty fun. XD A bit loose in spots, but still VERY playable.
Picked up Skullcruncher and Hardhead at Jantzen Beach TRU. There's nothing of note left there now. According to an employee, they had a full case each of Deluxes and Voyagers this morning, but they all sold.
I and another collector inadvertently converged on Clackamas TRU this morning. We snagged the last four deluxes (2 Hardhead and 2 Skullsmasher). Unless they restock, there isn't any thing left there now.
SOLD Quick plug here for the local collectors. I'm selling my MP-13 Takara Soundwave Mint complete with box and paperwork + Ravage. If someone local wants to meet with cash I'm looking for $150. If anyone still needs Legends Combiner Wars Shockwave, the antique / consignment store right next to Milwaukie TFAW has one for $8. It's been resealed but the figure had no accessories anyways. It's not in the cases, it's with the free-standing figures on the pegs on the last aisle in the front. It's right there on the front of the pegs with some AoE stuff. I know some folks here never found him -- he's cheaper than retail there and looked in great shape.
Kinda a sighting? 185th Target had Titans Return deluxes in, but Hard Head was already gone and I bought the remaining 3. Just letting people know that they're showing up in the Beaverton/Hillsboro area Targets. Though I saved someone from buying a Scourge with 2 left lower bicep pieces. You can still transform him by spinning one arm around to lock into place for alt mode, but I'll see how long I can go before it really starts bugging me. Overall I like the figures, but they feel cheaper and extra hollow compared to Combiner Wars. If they design this figures to be any more hollow, then we'll be buying transforming shells one of these days
They did have some clearance basics though, 4x Blackjack 1x Rodimus, 1x Groove, 1x Skywarp... all at $6 a pop. Next ailse over from the main TFer section. This was when I peeked on Sunday.
Rogue Toys has a Microman Camera Robo (pre-transformers Reflector) in in stock. Swing by the shop or see the pics herehttp://https://www.ebay.com/itm/142046424766 I can confirm that the missles are on the sprue still. Amazing piece im tempted to get it. Edit: sad news but after research I found out this Item is a KO.... Still cool though.
Well I own the 4 deluxes and while I do agree that some parts on each one have some hollowness, the worst offender being Skullsmashers legs from the knee down, there is something about the plastic each one is made with that gives them weight and heft. They aren't bad deluxes but if you can check out a friends copy to see if you like it. But if you ever need to get one i'd say grab Hardhead or Blurr.
Both Titans voyagers and a full case of Titans deluxes (minus one each of Blurr and Scourge) at Jantzen TRU.
Picked up Titans Return Blurr and Hardhead at the Clackamas TRU. One set plus Skullsmasher, Scourge and Sentinal Prime ramined at 12pm.
One lone sentinel prime TR at WS TRU. Good news is they've dropped the prices on the deluxes to 17 now. They have also RID quilfire and thunderhoof.
