He is going to fit in nicely with TR

 

I spent a while looking at the Wave 1 TR Deluxe offerings yesterday and settled on picking up Furos w/Hardhead (along with Loudmouth). Hardhead was the best mould and detailed of the lot and I do like him. The others felt a bit meh IMHO. I seriously wanted to like Blurr, Scourge and Skullcruncher but their paint wasn't very appealing to me nor was the apparent kibble.

 

  Thanks for that info buddy! Galvatron just dropped in my POL at BBTS when I read this this and I just canceled him for store credit. The difference was enough to justify snagging Rewind and Hardhead to qualify for the free shipping. For approximately $14 more than Galvatron was going to cost me at BBTS it's like I'm getting Rewind for free.

At first I thought it was worth it to keep my BBTS order to get him earlier but that's not shipping until Delta Magnus and UW Computron come in in August anyway. So with the exchange rate, shipping and duties I'd have been paying over $20 for nothing.

 

He would. Of course if they gave him a new headmaster and repainted him as Astrotrain I'd buy it in a a second.

 

I picked up Blurr, Hardhead, Skullcruncher, Galvatron, Scourge and Sentinel Prime last week.
Loving them all though I have 1 or 2 misgivings.

I had to paint Galvatrons face silver.

I'd prefer Blurrs face to be smaller like Scourge.

I'd prefer the non faceplate look for Hardhead.

I'd love if they brought out a Titan master of Gutcrunchers head. I'd buy a 2nd Hardhead to use it on.

 

I found some deluxe TR figures today. Picked up Scourge. I'm enjoying him so far.

 

One of my family members found some Titans Return toys at a Walmart: Sentinel, Scourge, Blurr and Hardhead. No Skullcruncher, unfortunately, so they didn't get anything. We can't afford getting whole waves but it definitely seems like the Titans are out, especially with how my area is. Was floored to be sent a picture of Sentinel.

Edit: They actually bought me Sentinel! Looking forward to my first toy of the line.

 

I'd like to see photos with Combiner Wars Cyclonus. Because technically CW and TR are both "Prime Wars" And CW Cyclonus with TR Galvatron and Scourge are the new team Galvatron. Where as Universe cyclonus mold is part of the old "Generations" team Galvatron with universe galvatron and generations scourge. Guess I'm nitpicking.

Though, on the other hand, a voyage galvatron and cyclonus might look odd next to a deluxe scourge. But I guess I'm the only one who liked that CW Cyclonus...

 

Hey guys,as much as I wanted 1 Takara Legends Fort Max and 1 Hasbro TR Fort Max I am forced to settle for just one due to my extremely stretched wallet,that's why I have settled on getting the TR version of him,plus other things keeping me from getting Legends FM is all the sites that have him up for PO say he isn't due out until August or September,and the outrageous import costs.

I managed to snag one of the first TR Fort Max's last night shortly after 11 oclock over at BBTS,but I am waiting for the rest of the TR Deluxes to drop so I can hit send along with 5 or 6 other things.

 

I was out buying a Unite Warriors Bruticus at my collector store. And I noticed they had Titans Return Blaster for sale. I wondered if I should have bought one.

 

Played a bit around. The Titan Masters that come with the Leader class figures have a bigger face. The single carded TMs look a bit odd under the helmets of Prime and Blaster, but I think on Deluxe and Voyager class figures, they will look much better.

 

I was a little sad to see that my Blur doesn't have an Autobot symbol on his chest. Also my Skullcruncher is loose like a rag doll. Going to have to tighten him up when I get home from work. Other than that, I love this line of toys.

 

im still waiting for mine to get here but from all the reviews i have seen...yes you should have bought one. better go back and get him before they are gone! lol

Same on my Skullcruncher. Combined with the thin plastic and the fact that his "door" was pressed in to far and I nearly broke a nail prying it out, I was pretty much ready to return the thing. Then I transformed him once, and now I am in love. XD He's fiddly, and I worry about a few bits snapping, but once you understand how it works, DAMN is he fun. My favorite deluxe of the year I think.

The unpainted sentinel is also a disappointment.
Though I still hope to get the figure at some point, as of now.

Speaking of galvatron though, how many people have performed the mask surgery on him? I wouldn't know how to go about doing that but I'm very tempted and a tutorial would be nice.

 

Goddammit, I don't have Blitzwing... this looks so nice.
