I think I will be buying the US version for the cosmos repaint hands and feet. I will sell the rest with the takara hands and feet to off set the cost.

He sacrificed his firstborn to Unicron for this ability. That, and endless sauerkraut.

    Pretty nice set, overall.

Even though UW's is obviously superior, this set is still nice. Scrounge coming with them is definitely a bonus. :D

Yup. I mean, ToysAsaurus are beyond a joke anyway, asking £130 for a combiner set when we can get a Takara UW set for £30 less than that (at least) and asking £99 for a three figure 'Platinum' set? Aside from the fact that you cant actually ORDER them, as they're only 'Sold In Stores' (read: not the one TRU within umpteen miles of me, because they are still trying to shift stuff from the last movie..) Don't have a WEBSITE if we cant ORDER FROM IT, numpties!

I'd rather shop Kapow anyway. better service, and helping a small business not one that thinks it's the best because it is the only branded toyshop that still lives... OK, TheEntertainer is pretty cool tho.

I came to comment on the hilariously bad transformation pics!

"Scrounge? Where be your head, man!?"

Looks like both me and this drunk photographer enjoy combiners with robo limbs popping out, freakishly, all over the place? :lolol

(Just once, I think I'd REALLY enjoy seeing a promo pic with a robo fully turned around without anyone noticing the backside is not the front.:drunk )

    :lolol  THE LEGEND CONTINUES! :D

    Yeeeeahhh,
I hope that's not the normal final price.
I was planning on getting this guy because I liked the look and figured it would be cheaper than takara's computron.

If that ends up not being the case, I might as well preorder the other instead.

I DESPISE the 6TH (and 7TH) member(s) on Hasbro's combiners. It's so inaccurate, and... Meh. Computron looks rather bland to me compared to Takara's, but that's my taste.

I know right. One has the remolds and sick deco to boot, the other has actual hands and feet, and comes with the long list marvel comics Scrounge! And has a pretty sweet deco BUT absolute horrid combiner head sculpt as well as a few bots headsculpts. Ugh

:lol  I can't believe thry keep shoving these stupid photos down our, and our children's throats, like as if if it's freakin good photography or something. There was a time they did good box art like Cybertron Optimus Prime and Cybertron Megatron both have real decent box photography on them. But I feel your pain guys it's just getting to the point it's stupid now

With all the fans out there and iphones ect., I'm sure they could get ppl to do it for free and it look 1000 times better (lol I'm not really sure that's an option but where there is a will there a way right;)

They've been trolling us for years when you think about it. Remember when some of the Constructicons for Combiner Wars Devastator didn't have elbows yet every one for the Unite Warriors version does and even has weapons? It seems like they're doing this stuff on purpose to make us spend more money. I guess they also do it because they know kids won't care but collectors will and that's when Takara comes into play. Its a clever business tactic if you ask me. As for Computron I don't mind the not as accurate Hasbro version (that's an obvious Superion repaint) those new fists, feet, and the new Scrounge figure are good enough for me. Plus I don't own Superion so Computron can just take his place in my collection.

As much as i like the takara version, I already preordered perfect Effect PC-11 upgrade kit for the figure so I'm sticking with the Hasbro one. I just hope that the price sin't too damn high, especially here in Australia. I mean Victorion is going for $120 here so I can't imaging Computron wouldn't be any less :/ Ugh
But it will be my last figure for a while since I'm not that big on titans return but I MAY get Galvatron,Astro train, scourge and voyager megs and thats it. All I can hope is that someday we can get combiners for the Predacons, Monsterbots, Terrorcons, Seacons and possibly some Japanese specific combiners like Liokaiser, Raiden, Dinoking. Did I miss out on any other teams?

WTF is I with TRU prices? That's a damn joke and a half. This set shouldn't be no more than the others at $99 USD here. I hope BBTS gets it, been thinking it over, I want the hands, feet, gun, Afterburner, Strafe Raid and Lightwise. I'll sell Scrounge and give my son Scattershot and Brawlcone.

I'll paint the hands Purple for Menasor and the gun Green for UW Onslaught, the feet not sure yet. The limb bots I want for Sky Lynx and I have Alpha Bravo for the 4th limb.

If...If I can budget it, if not, I can certainly live without it.

The price for Computron in TRU's system is currently $99.99. I figure it will stay the same as the previous sets. If you don't want Scrounge I'm going to need him (and his "finger") as I am getting Takara's Computron.

Update: Now up for preorder at Toy"R"Us Canada!
Transformers Generations Combiner Wars Computron Collection Pack - Hasbro - Toys"R"Us

    So, uh.
Toys"R"Us UK claims there are only six figures in this set but then points out the seventh figure, Scrounge's Targetmaster companion Cybaxx, by name.
Toys"R"Us Canada completely glosses over Cybaxx, calling the set as "7-in-1" but referring to six components and the gestalt form.

I see they keep making it a point to not turn that forearm ofStrafe around so we can't see how big those wings look on top where they actually belong the way he arm actually bends. They should have made the wings fold down as well as up.
