I'd be VERY surprised if they weren't working on it already... though personally, I wouldn't mind it if they just jumped to the tournament arc and let the movies be part of the series
IIRC in that timeline, dragon ball no long exist because piccolo died trying to stop no.17 and no.18.. so pilaf gang couldnt make thier wish with dragon ball turning them into kids again... in otherword, mai shoudnt be the same age as trunk...
Not too worried about Kai seeing the previous rendition of it has been fully dubbed. They need to gets-ta-stepping on Super, though.
I assume it's because some tools in Japan want to keep Super to themselves for some reason. There's no doubt Funimation would like Super as soon as possible if it were possible. The dumber thing is that Toei isn't even willing to stream Super, but they're okay with streaming One Piece and Sailor Moon. Perhaps they're making too much money? Don't get why Kai's Buu Saga isn't out either. We've been hearing that it's being dubbed for years now. I can only assume it's more blockage from Japan because there's no reason for Funimation to delay the disc release or Toonami airings when that time comes.
According to Sean Schemmel, Buu Kai finished recording several months ago. As for why FUNimation is still sitting on it, with no official word...iunno.
GRRRR!!!!! That cliffhanger!!!!!!! *hits head against desk* Cant believe we have to wait ANOTHER week to see more! xD Cant remember being this way when I was watching DB/Z/Gt. xD I really enjoyed it! Had a cute moment, glad it was there. Cant wait to see Trunks's reaction when he finds out the truth. And..well..there is still the whole Black mistery. Really excited! Nice to see Karin again! I think the timeline has officially been screwed up. xD

Ok, new episoded has been aired and this is what we know Spoiler Black is NOT an evil versión of Goku. But we can assume by now that is the new Kaioshin IN Goku's body, not just a copy or anything. FRom the looks of it, its Goku's corpse from Trunks's timeline? I mean, I am not sure if it was the hits Goku did to Black but the dude is grabbing his chest a lot now. Maybe the heart disease is kicking again? Also, he seems that he wants Goku to help him grow stronger. Why? What does he want? Why would a Kaioshin took Goku's body and wipe out Earth? Hm..I have no idea. xd But MAi is alive so yay!!! Cool episode! Another great Vegeta moment! See you next Saturday!!

Spoiler I had a feeling Mai wasn't actually dead. She's featured way too much in the new opening. The next episode looks like it'll be amusing. Kid Trunks and Mai find out about future Trunks and Mai. lol
I know! That's why I was bit sad when they showed Black attacking Mai. Glad to see she is part of the story again I still have some questions about how is possible that teen Mai exists in Trunks's future.
I didn't expect Dragonball Super to be this good but this has been nearly as solid as the best arcs from Dragonball & Dragonball Z.

Starting to see the bad tells of Super's past which is a shame because last week's was pretty good. Regarding how Future Mai is the age that she is and I keep making this point in my reviews, I think time travel isn't what it was in Z. Whis explained last week that if you alter the past, the future changes which isn't how time travel in this series works at all. That he explained it this way with no one objecting or correcting him makes me think that's really what they're going with here. I mean to bring Cell's time machine into play was great but then bungle time travel itself is just awful. There's otherwise no reason Mai is the age she is in Trunks' time. It doesn't seem all that likely for Pilaf to have made the de-aging wish before Piccolo died to the Androids as that was probably around when Trunks was a baby.
if you take DBO and DBX into count, there is 2 ways for time travel... true time travel, which is what whis is explaining, and imperfect time travel, which future bulma time machine is based on... true time travel is forbidden because of the butterfly effect, so far the only people that can perform true time travel is Toki no Kaioshin, her group of Time Patrol and a small group of Majin using powerful time magic. Imperfect time travel doesnt change the future when you alter the past, but it created an alternate timeline, all these parallel timeline is suppose to be wipe out of existence by Toki no Kaioshin to preserve the stability of the timeline.. in DBO, it is explain that Toki no Kaioshin allow Trunk's alternate timeline to exist because she is too lazy to deal with it and this is also the main reason why she con Trunk to work for her... she is a very lazy Kaioshin... DBO and DBX maybe not canon, but it explain Whis contradiction perfectly.
