If it is Wreck-gar then my vote is Eric Idle! I wonder if he will be able to reanimate dead bots? Hence the return of Barricade and Megatron?

 

Did anybody else notice the NEST insignia on the wheel arch?

 

I've looked at every bit of each picture of this truck and I've not seen any insignia that looks like a nest insignia?

^ I meant the skull thingy near the wheel. Though now that I look at it, it's a bit different from the NEST insignia.

 

Probably going to transform into a group of Junkion robots.   Wreck Gar being the cab, and the rest junk bots.

Is there evidence pointing to this? Not that it is unbelievable, after that thing with Shane's car and all. That really looked like it could be a Transformer.

Hm...Ashley does bring up a good point. Whenever we see a new car the first thing a fandom screams is 'TRANSFORMER!', when in all honesty it could just be explosion fodder.

That said, I still hope it is. It would provide a unique design to the franchise.

I'm also glad that Bay is sharing these images to keep the fans engaged. It's going to be a good year of speculation, news and reveals.

 

If it's not a transformer, it'll probably still be important. It's practically, and somewhat literally, carrying all the leftover baggage from the previous films in its cargo bed! That's gotta be intentional, right?

 

I'm going to laugh (and cry) when we find out this is just the new Megatron (back as another junker). Probably not the case, but the reminder about the cloak turned my mind that way.

 

It won't just be explosion fodder, it's too bizarre. It will serve some purpose. I think Cade's truck is the best non TF theory I seen.


I do like the poster's idea that this could end up being a bunch of Junkions, ala the Ice Cream Twin in ROTF. That idea deserved more than the 30 seconds it got.

 

It's likely going to be a Transformer, considering how much effort into its design has been put in. However, as a fandom we have to be careful when making assumptions. Not everything is going to transform in that movie.

 

I hope it transforms, but the fandom does have a habit of thinking vehicle will when it doesn't.

Remember the sighting of Dino in the China filming, only for it to turn out to be not TF related at all and in fact a Chinese car expo?

While this is official and that was not, the point of the fandom clinging to random theories still stands.

Yeah this looks to be a perfect alt mode for someone like Wreck Gar. I mean unless this is someone new or Junkheap I can't think of anyone better suit for this type of alt mode.

 

Just wait till the paint app less toy gets released. Gonna look like the back half of the truck is just lumpy.
