nabbed the lone leader starscream at the target off arapahoe and clinton this morning, then my nephew gave me grief this afternoon saying i must have at least 40 starscreams which is probably totally true

 

Those of you who are in the north end of town should check out Appleseed Collectibles on 66th and wadsworth (just north of the McDonald's ) they'really having a Buy one get one 50% off sale on tfs and starwars. I got takara reissues of Sides wipe and Starscream for a pretty decent price.

i did just see some onslaughts today, but that's the first time in awhile in my area. anyone know if the cw stuff will get clearanced or if it'll be on the shelves with tr?

 

I don't even remember the last time I saw a Transformer on clearance anywhere. The only thing I can think of that comes close is you might find them later on at Ross, Marshals, or TJ Maxx otherwise expect to see CW mixed in with TR. I still see Armada Megs warming the shelf with Thundercracker so I don't expect to see PMOP or Blaster anytime soon which sucks since I really want OP as he was one of my fav toys.

If anyone happens to have gotten a spare Deluxe Groove or 2 I would be interested in them if the price is right.

You're gonna have a hard time finding because thrift stores aren't allowed to take them as donations anymore. There's only one place I know of that people can still take their crt tvs to be recycled and that's Best Buy. Might wanna see if you can work out something with them

 

Well, crap in a hat. I had no idea thrift shops couldn't accept them anymore. That could explain why I haven't seen one in a while.
Hmm, I'll check with Best Buy. If not, there's always Craigslist.

I'd call around to some thrift stores still too. There may be some that still have stock. I just know when I was calling around to try and donate one a couple years ago, no one would take it, and I later found out it was they couldn't. They have to be recycled and disposed of very specifically to meet with epa reqs, something about the components in them.. Ends up costing them way more money than theyd get selling I guess;;
