I don't see how they can refuse to at least make a full Nightbeat body. That could be remolded into Siren, and those two variants of one mold could be repainted into Minerva and Go Shooter (Takara would definitely do those two repaints and Hasbro might also do them). Plus the ability to repaint the existing Nightbeat & Siren heads into each other to placate fans of the original toys and also the Marvel depictions where they seem to have switched heads.

It is harder to say for Hosehead or the three Decepticon small headmater characters.

I totally agree with you. A Nightbeat mold would likely be generic enough to use for tons of different characters with just repaint and new heads.

The wings look crappy and there's no real improvement from the G1 bird Cassette. So even if I didn't have the 2 MP cassettes as my #1 picks in my collection/display these current ones would still be a pass.

It was said before that there was Lady bug deluxe insecticon that was never released. Any truth in this?

So these will be compatible with slots in Blaster and Soundwave? I thought of that and then saw "compatible with" in the top corner, as it points to the side of the packaging and of course doesn't show us that.

Not a fan of yellow and orange, but wheelie looks nice. Really enjoying the legends class line too. They've done well with the molds and transformations considering the size. Still have a problem with powerglide's legs splitting in plane mode...

    Hey Folks!
I haven't been too much in the TF world for some while now, but I just popped in to see what's new (to me at least) and lo & behold, A G1ish Wheelie & Blurr!!! Hot Dang!! These guys look so good, can honestly say & I'm sure i'm one of few, I've been looking forward to a great G1 Wheelie for a long time now. So he's listed as a "legends" class figure, does anyone know if that puts him in around the normal 3"-4" tall mark?

Excuse me all if this has been covered way before now as it most likely has, but, does anyone know when the HASBRO wave 1 figures will see released here in the states?

Also, I've just preordered the TT version but don't really wanna wait til Sept. Does the little guy he comes with make him a headmaster or is it intended as a bonus that will fit another figure entirely?

Thanks so much to any and all for your help! :D

Yeah, that's about right. Don't try putting him or other Legends figs with 3 3/4" figures, it won't really work.

We're being given an ETA of late May to early/mid June.

Well, here's one detail about Titans Return you probably missed: everyone in this line, bar the Legends figures, is a Headmaster. Blurr, Galvatron, Powermaster Optimus, Blaster, they're all Headmasters. Hence, the pack-in each Japanese figure comes with is just an homage to another character, and there's not much of a chance that those characters will see release in either the American or Japanese lines as a result.

Legends figures are small. Around the 8cm mark. (3.15 inches)

Wave one should be hitting stores within the next month or so

All deluxe, Voyager and Leader class figures are headmasters. Plus wheelie has a cockpit in vehicle mode to let headmasters ride inside him. The Japanese version comes with a headmaster toy of Go-Shooter to ride him or be used as a head for larger figures.
Go-Shooter is just a repaint of the Siren/Loudmouth headmaster toy Hasbro is releasing separately with a small vehicle as part of their "Titan master" size class
