Wow, that came out friggen great! What a wicked looking toy. And what an inventive use of that old CyberSpawn toy. I couldn't even see it when I knew it was there it's been so modified and integrated. It's too bad the head is a 3D print and not a cast - the rest of it is all nice and smooth and then all grainy and rough in the part you focus most on. Still amazing.
Thanks! I actually got the Cyber Spawn to use his hands, but ended up using his legs and parts from his chest, lol. The AOE mold legs were just horrible and had to go! Hopefully, the paint doesn't get tacky overtime. The Spawn figs seem to be hit or miss on that issue. I was ecstatic to find a printed head at a leader scale (thanks Oku!). No other Dinobot head is big enough. My first option was to modify a Tigerhawk head and hope it looked close enough, but this was a better option.
Thx! Those parts were chrome on the original figure and I stays a clear purple over it for a Transmetal look.
I did not think that anything could be done to make that leader-class figure likable. What you have done is AMAZING o.o
